Totallly NOT RECOMMENDED , I’m frustrated, they stole my money. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM THESE GUSYS.

They told me they could save my shoes, 2 weeks passed they don’t pick up the phone, I came to the shop, shoes were the same as I left them. The guy who was “washing” the shoes told me it couldn’t be save because it was burned. I’m ok with that, but they didn’t mention that at the beginning. They charged me $70 and didn’t do nothing, I asked for a refund and the owner who is a thief didn’t want me to give it back. Then they told me they could paint the shoes to fix it, I left them another week because they promise to be ready in a week. 1 week passed, came to the shop, shoes are the same.

The place is cool and the guys there were helpful. I dropped off 6 pairs of different shoes, Low top Converse, Vans slip ons, Low top Vans, Nike Air Force 1, Nike Air Force 1 Sage Low, and Nike Tanjun Premiums back in December. I saw a few of my shoes and didn’t feel entirely happy but they definitely looked better than before (shoe laces were meh, tongue of the shoe still looked a bit dirty, but Obviously shoes can’t be restored to the brand new standard so I asked questions but didn’t entirely fight it). I had left a pair in the plastic bag they were returned to me in and stored them for the spring. Now that I’m doing spring cleaning, I opened them up and felt scammed. I brought 3 sneakers to this establishment for cleaning. Upon dropping them off, no one of was available for a good 20 minutes to open. I called the number and sat in my car waiting patiently until someone came into the establishment to open. Ok things happen, i let that slide. When it was time to pick up my sneakers, i faced the same issue but this time i waited a whole HOUR for them to return back to the shop. For a business to have such limited business hours (12p-7pm), I dont understand why you dont have someone available at all times. My first and only experience with this business and they left such a bad taste in my mouth. They do not have respect for your time and the only compensation they offered me was a crease shield... so disrespectful. I do not recommend this...
