Five Below — Local services in Garfield

So I just visited this Five Below and I never really had an issue with it. This franchise is good, but each store can be a hit and miss. Depending on whatever you're looking for, generally speaking, I think this Five Below is a good store. I like to look for snacks, t-shirts, and toys at any Five Below. This one in particular is nice when it comes to those things. It's a much bigger store than the others. They tend to have a lot more products. It's a very clean store as well. Expect to be treated like a thief by the incredibly rude employees. They offer a discount if you use an email reciept then scream at you for leaving without showing a reciept. The emailed reciept takes several minutes to come through while the security guard treats you like an idiot that doesn't understand how to open an email.

I demanded a refund, which took an absurdly long time because the cashier and manager are incompetent and couldn't figure out how to scan a barcode or get the credit card...

The manager was very rude tonight, the hours online states they are open until 9pm. It was barely 8pm when we walked in. She then rushed us to find our items because she wanted to close the registers on top of having an employee watch us like we were stealing something. The behavior was completely unacceptable and I would never spend my money at this location again and I’m going to spread the word to my family and friends to not shop this...
