China House Plus — Restaurant in Garfield

This is the very first time I ordered form here, a mistake I will never make again, before I ordered the beef chop suey, I asked if there was broccoli in this dish, the kid stated no, there is no broccoli in their chop suey, he also stated the order came with crunchy noodles and rice, so I ordered 2 extra crunchy noodles, after all was said and done, he repeated the order back to me, chop suey, no broccoli, rice and 3 bags of crispy noodles, WHAT I GOT was beef and broccoli, tons of dam broccoli, I called the store,the same kid put his manager on, I explained to her what happened and she said, she would send new chop suey, no broccoli and the extra bag of crispy noodles, minutes later I get a call from the rest, some crazy ass chick whom I could not understand,stated all restaurant different, and chop suey no come with crunchy noodles, only rice, when I ordered 2 extra crispy noodles the kid stated it came with rice and crispy noodles and that I wouldget 3 crispy noodles, she had a hard time believing this dumb ass kid said that, she stated she would make new order, but they were busy and I had to wait 25 minutes, what crap. The service sucks, management sucks, I will never ever order from China House plus again, be warned, this place sucks big time, and I am being punished for their mistakes, we busy you wait 25 minutes. OK. Now you get a bad review. Don't waste your time...

UPDATE: I initially was so happy to find my favorite chinese place but today I felt really disappointed. The food was less than ok but the portion size is half of what it used to be for the same price. I expect larger portions from chinese restaurants and so this was borderline unacceptable. Id rather then raise the price on the menu items and give me the same large portions. See pics below for size comparison. For context, im 5'2 with small hands.

As a NY style chinese food snob, this is hands down the closest if not exactly the same as my go to ny chinese spot. Delicious, fresh and hot, veggies have a snap, not oily, and all in all amazing. We love this place!!!! Every time we place a order in not even 20 minutes they are at the door of my house with nice still hot food. I hate when you order from somewhere it takes a hour plus and the food is cold. Their food here is very reasonable priced and their customer service and delivery time is amazing. The delivery guy always remembers you, even after only 1 time ordering and always greets us with a smile and asks us how you been. Have tried many other Chinese places around Garfield.
