Please do not order from this location! My mother ordered a dining table set from this awful place and we asked for a Saturday morning delivery due to work schedules and someone would be at home that day to receive the delivery. They had to reschedule due to weather for Monday, and we were told it would still be a morning delivery. After 12pm no one would be home. They never called us Monday to verify delivery I had to call them after it hit 12 and no one showed up. Their stupid excuse was that they were "behind" and would show up at 1pm. They were reminded AGAIN that we asked for the morning because no one would be home after 12. They rescheduled us again for Saturday. Showed up past 12 again, and only delivered 3 chairs with the table even though we had bought 5 chairs. The delivery guy said he'd get the 2 missing chairs to us know Monday, and now here we are on Tuesday with no chairs. I plan to complain on Thursday for those chairs, but please avoid this place for your furniture needs. Go elsewhere. We don't plan to buy from them...

I have been trying to build my credit for two years now and Canales Furniture has helped me out with that, they furniture is beautiful and of good quality, but with that the costumer service is the best from the moment you walk in the door your greeted with a smile and your made feel comfortable.
