Whataburger — Restaurant in Garland

You better check your order before you leave this whataburger. I did not check my order and I did not get my receipt until I got my order. So I went to this Whataburger through the drive-thru on Sunday evening December 3rd I ordered two number ones one with mayo and no onions and I told them I only wanted one drink and 3 small Pattys, I did not check it before I left. Got home I had 2 number one burgers But I Only had 1 order of fries my drink order a root beer but got a coke. Got the 3 small patties. So I looked on 1 of my receipts The order was nothing like I told them. It had 1 number one meal 1 Whataburger 3 sm patties I called them asked to speak to manger in a nice voice. She said speaking. So I told her what I ordered and then told her what I got. She said ma'am DO NOT SPEAK TO ME IN THAT TONE OF VOICE! I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON I JUST GOT HERE. She did not ask for my receipt number nothing but she told me that I ordered 1 number 1 meal 1 Whataburger 3 small patties. I told her excuse me first of all your workers need to listen to What is being ordered. 2nd of all I am not yelling at You! But you are yelling at Me! 3rd I did not order what is on the receipt I ordered 2 Whataburger meals 1 with mayo and no onions and I only want 1 drink and that is a root beer and 3 small patties. But I got 1 meal 1 burger and a coke 3 small patties. She kept interrupting me while I was talking to her. She was yelling at me! VERY RUDE BLACK LADY! I did start yelling back at her i told her WELL I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THAT WHATABURGER EVER AGAIN! I ALSO TOLD HER I WOULD PUT IN A REVIEW ON THAT WHATABURGER LOCATION AND IT WILL NOT BE A GOOD ONE. Second time to attempt to get dinner from this location. 1st time went inside and ordered to go . 2nd time went through the My boyfriend likes Whataburger and it's literally down the street from our house. So I tried to give Grace and allow for the benefit of the doubt, however if I thought that my 1st chance given was a nightmare I had no idea what a nightmare was. I found out tonight and for the sake of staying PC I will just say that I will not EVER revisit this location and the corporate people will be getting a call from me in the morning about how horrible this experience was and how management was worse than the nightmare idiots who I paid almost $30 to have talk to me like I was their inconvenient annoyance to serve as if they really expect people to pay for what they did not order and the privilege obviously for them to be abusive toward. I now have a cold welfare sandwich and cold hard onion rings I wouldn't eat if I were 3 years old and were told I was going to eat it or starve..... and an upset stomach that won't even attempt to hold it . 😮‍💨Disappointed and disgusted don't EVEN begin to scratch the surface description of what this experience was. Used to be a great Whataburger. Service is awful...10 minutes for the girl to take my oder... literally from the beginning to the end. She wasn't listening...I kept repeating. When I get to the window I asked her if she had it right...so I asked her to repeat it.... she did not even have it close!!! When I told her she argued with me that I had ordered it like that. I asked to speak to the manager and she got a different girl at the front, not the manager who kept asking me was I sure I didn't order my order like that. On top of this I asked for the meal as that is always what I get and she charged me separately for each item. When I brought that to her attention she argued that the fries and drink are separate with the meal. I told her she was incorrect and again asked for the manager. She closed the window and kept staring at me shooting me dagger's with her eyes. The manager did come but was confused with it all...she gave me $1.86 back...and I should have been given $2.25. at this point it's just the principal of the point. How was my food...bleh...cold after that ordeal with a jalapeno that I didn't order....#7 Justaburger normally cost $5.25. Cost...
