My family and I shop this store often. This morning (12-12-2024) I stopped to pick up 3 items. The total rang up to $14 and some change. I handed the cashier (wish I would have gotten her name) a $20. She slammed her hand down and said, "I don't have change for this." I replied, "give me my $20 back and I will go somewhere else." She then said, "see this door, it opens" (the door to the office right behind her) "I can get change" again, I asked for my money back and told her she should let her manager know she is rude and has been rude before today. Great local market. Vegetables are not always the freshest. The digital coupons are great on the offering, but like their competitors, supply is spotty. Whomever negotiates these deals needs to get a better guarantee that supplies will meet the demand.!!!!! Frustrating to go in almost daily and NO PRODUCT! They don't want to substitute or give rain checks, like competitor. I've virtually quit shopping at digital coupon competitor because of same issue. Ready to do the same here.
