We took our shih tzu's here a few weeks ago. We had rescued them, and requested for both to be shaved seeing at they were matted. Their paws and legs were not trimmed noticeably. Their bodies were not shaved after we requested for them to be shaved. The fur on their ears that were trimmed are not even, nor the fur on their face. On our male, one side of his mouth where the fur is, is trimmed shorter than the other. The tails were not trimmed AT ALL, even though we were expecting a full groom. Overall, the job was horrible. Their fur has grown back a bit since then, but it's still noticable.

I do not recommend taking your pets here. We will not be returning.

Edit, since I can’t respond to the insanely rude response: these dogs are rescues. They came into your place with matting. It was their first haircut ever after living in a cage for 2 years outside. The fact that I’m being criticized for my rescues pooping on the table as a trauma response is insane. It’s also a normal bodily function. I saw the reply extremely late, but that’s extremely insane to say to someone, and that’s why we haven’t returned and I warn everyone about this place. It is disgusting behavior. Just to note as well, you told my family member who dropped them off not to stay. We requested that. We also did not receive info on an email. At first glance, especially being their first haircut, yes, it did look great until they relaxed and we could actually see them. It was INSISTED that the dogs would behave badly if owners were present. I’m not sure why I’m being criticized for leaving a review on my own time, I’m unaware that there’s a set time limit to review. What an odd...

We use Dog Pro Services for basically everything! Grooming, Boarding & most recently we signed up for the Board & Training Program for our crazy 3 year old Goldendoodle!

Winnie has always been groomed here since she was a puppy and we are always left extremely satisfied and happy with how clean and well groomed she comes back home. Especially, at an amazing price for a doodle!

We’ve left her boarding from short weekends up to an entire month and she’s extremely well taken care of. We even receive pictures and videos of her throughout her stay. I love that we can bring her bed and toys so she has her things from home. She always comes home with a fresh groom and they even go as far as washing her bed too.

The Board & Training Program is AMAZING!!! Will’s training facility really is great and although we just picked her up - we can see such amazing progress already. Will & his team worked with her not only on basic training but resource guarding. Will took his time and didn’t give up on her, where other trainers might have. He has provided us the tools and techniques for us to be successful moving forward. We love that he went out of the way and cooked her special treats for her dietary needs and you can just tell Winnie was happy and really enjoyed her time with them. We really look forward to bringing her to their Doggie Daycare during the week to keep her socialized in a safe environment!

Thank you to Will and everyone at Dog Pro Services who played a hand in training my 9 month old puppy. Jett is noticeably more obedient and follows commands much better. I was concerned for his separation anxiety-he constantly whined, cried and barked when left alone even for brief periods of time. I came home from work his first morning back expecting him to be crying as it was lightening/raining and he was crated in a room away from the other dog in the household (conditions that would normally be very distressing for him), but he was just lying in his crate calmly and quietly. The household is much more pleasant due to him being more manageable and the trainers provided him with a great foundation for us to continue at home. I highly recommend Dog Pro Services for all...
