Having walked in your business and left standing at your counter while 3 employees look me in my eyes for 5 mins while not servicing anyone should have prompted me to take my business elsewhere. When you finally decided to service my family we were met with 2 sides of your facility. Whites families to the right and everyone else to the left. I took a moment to really look and see you carefully place one older family. I would never spend another dime with a business that has such low values and no shame in how you treat people as you capitilize. It's easy to pretend you don't see or feel or how you handled it..passed us off to another employee as if your soo busy. Not one word exchanged just ALL poor energy...but we do see we did feel and will not ever again! You should be ashamed of the normalcy in 2024. BE VERY MINDFUL BEFORE VISITING THIS BUSINESS. Just had a very extremely disappointing visit to George Pappa's Liberty Lanes. Had friends and family in town to celebrate husband's birthday. Found a Groupon for bowling. Was super excited because it was shoes and 3 hours of bowling. I scoured the Groupon website for a very long time to insure that Groupon was accepted by bowling alley on Saturdays. I, also, called bowling alley on Thursday and spoke to staff about Saturday night bowling. I was informed about Billy Bucks league and their use of half the lanes. I was informed there may be a wait list. BUT THAT'S ALL. They did not share that Groupons were not accepted after 3pm. They did not share that groups could not split up and had to ALL share ONE lane. We had EIGHT people. Who plays eight people on ONE lane?!?!?!?.....Especially, when you need bumpers for 3 of the 8? Called their competitors in Belmont. They were extremely accommodating and less expensive. Next step is to...

What a trash hole. Now I’m not new to this place. I have been going here for nearly 10 years. Up until today it was mediocre on it’s best days however after today I will not be back. Aside from house balls never being replaced and looking as if they were shot out of a cannon into a rock quarry the staff is unpleasant to say the least.

I am a counselor for a program that serves adults with mental illness and social issues. We have booked a trip here for every first Tuesday of the month. They always put my clients on the two lanes that don’t always work. I can’t complain they enjoy it. However what I cannot accept is the fact that they have said on multiple occasions that we would “need to hurry up and play for another group coming in” or “we don’t have any lanes open” and “can you come back at a different time” and these are actual comments.

They have done this on numerous occasions even though our company has booked these lanes. Make the trip and go to Lake Wylie...
