Our stay at the Ghosal Luxury Lodging was nothing short of spectacular. This cozy haven tucked away in the heart of Smokey Mountains in the beautiful city of Gatlinburg was the perfect choice for our fall getaway. Every aspect of this log cabin exceeded our expectations from reception of the guests to the breathtaking views to the indoor swimming pool to the gaming zone and indoor theatre. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, rustic charm and the crisp refreshing mountain air. The cabin’s design seamlessly blends with the surroundings offering a sense of tranquility and immersion in nature. The spacious bedrooms provided comfort and privacy to us and the decor exuded a genuine mountain cabin vive. What truly sets the place apart is the jaw dropping view. With the fall foliage in full bloom we felt we were living in a painting. The panorama of the hills from the cabin’s vantage point was nothing sort of mesmerizing. Whether we were sipping our morning coffee or stargazing by the outdoor firepit at night, the views remained etched in our memory. The swimming pool, gaming zone and indoor theatre were cherries on the top. We couldn’t resist a dio in the heated pool even as the cool mountain air surrounded us. The cabin’s location offered convenient access to hiking trails, waterfalls, Gatlinburg city scape. And lastly the hosts, cant say enough of them as they made our stay memorable with so much warmth and affection and were incredibly attentive and ensured all our needs were addressed even before we told them. We left with hearts full if gratitude and our minds eager to return. Stayed here with our 3 grown children, their spouses and grandchildren. If we could give 10 stars we would! The cabin was perfect from top to bottom. Plenty of room and plenty of fun! From the pool to the theatre room to the game room there was always entertainment for the whole group. Each bedroom had their own bathroom with 2 other half baths conveniently located by the pool and the living room. Everyone of us loved how comfortable the beds/mattresses were. Each room had their own tv besides the ones in the game room and living room. We so appreciated that there were plenty of towels provided for our large group for the pool along with a washer and dryer for our clothes. The kitchen was set up with just about everything we needed to make our own meals. The three decks were amazing with one for the hot tub, one for a grill and eating area and another for relaxing and admiring the beautiful view. Did i mention the location? It was perfect! A grocery store, a pharmacy, restaurants, shopping, activities and main street downtown all were within a few minutes drive. It appears this cabin is fairly new. Clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained. And the hosts are one phone call, one text away if there are any issues at all they are right on top of it (had a very minor issue with the pool guy coming) This rental was worth every dollar we spent. The cabin was very clean, and we loved the location...off the beaten path... The layout was perfect for our family...which ranged from 74-2. We enjoyed the game room, especially my son and his two teenage boys...and the movie and theatre rooms as well. Since there were so many of us going all over the place, we ran low on towels, but we washed some, and it was fine. We ate almost every meal in the cabin, and I would say that the dishes and glassware were great, but the pots and pans are showing a bit of wear and tear...Mine at home are as well (Haha) I understand that there is a huge turnover, and it must be hard keeping track of what needs updating. Someone else probably wouldn't have even noticed, but I cook a great deal. My family makes fun of me because I'm supposed to be on vacation.

Be prepared for the drive up the mountain to the cabin...switchbacks and steep grades, but so worth it...spectacular view! From the back porch we saw not only fireworks in the distance in Pigeon Forge but also a bear way down the hill...amazing!

My biggest compliment is the service. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals, and Ib have never had such excellent response to problems. If I reported something, the response was almost immediate. The concern for our comfort was evident in every text or phone call. I plan to write a review on the site that adds my comments to the other excellent reviews of the cabin. The praise is...
