Grand Ole Mountain House — Local services in Gatlinburg

The grand ole cabin sucked. My best friend paid for it because it had a fire pit, yet when we got there no propane for the pit. She called and they said they would bring one but never did, she spent 800 for a cabin as a local for a place that looks nothing like the pics and had no of the Amenities offered for it. The grass is over grown, you cant even go under the white gazebo because of the high grass under it. No one has landscape this property in months, this property needs landscaping and more. We also tracked debris in the hot tub because they didn’t even sweep off the porch, no clear to the hot tub without stepping into debris. It had grass and leaves all over when we got there. It needer a good blower. It takes seconds before new guest, also stop advertising things you all don’t offer. Stop showing a Garage in the picture,when nobody has entry to it for extra parking. This cabin is beautifully remodeled and has a hot tub on the patio. The mountain views are stunning. I highly recommend...
