Kroger — Local services in Genesee Charter Township

This Kroger is definitely one of the worse I ever been in.....they act like they cannot open a lane unil 8am. It's always dirty! U go in in the early am and 3rd shift has stuff scattered everywhere. I purchased a product it was defective, called and the manager Ron was cool exchanged it no problem.....the next day I had to get another of the same type of product, it was missing items, I called him , he satered interrogating me.....like "Didn't I talk to U yesterday? What was wrong with the one U exchanged?" Like I didn't say anything was wrong, I needed another one....after examination of the product, U can clearly see where someone had ripped the bottom off and took stuff out if the box. Instead if Drug GM taking it out as a stolen item they literally tapped out up put one of those theft devices on it and put it back on the shelves. ....As a former Kroger employee, I Kno personally that's NOT how they are trained. ....I could go on n on, but I don't have the time.....just Kno that there are way better locations besides this one.....we only go here bc it's right...

Good prices most people that work there are friendly. One lady that works there Kathleen or Kathy, I think it was is a judgemental ass. I've gone there atleast fifty times with my backpack bc I ride a moped and never had a problem, but went there one day looking like a "bum" I guess you would say, bc I had on work clothes, ol Kathy made the security guard hunt me down and confiscate my backpack even though I wasn't doing anything wrong or even looking suspicious and didn't even steal anything was just dressed in my disgusting asphalt and grease covered work clothes because I had just gotten out of work and when I said something to her about it she got a snotty attitude and said "well there suppose to". So in other words if you have a backpack or big purse don't try to go shopping while miss Smiley is working if you don't want strangers taking your stuff and just putting it on the floor and making you wait 5-10 minutes...

Great sales and digital coupons Sale items go quickly so don't hesitate Clean, staff is good.and helpful, but rotation of staff is fast for this store trains employees for other stores I do believe. They still have many long term employees to make u for the rotation. Pretty good on getting you through the check out isle, they will open up isle's if they notice long lines unlike wally who will let your I've cream melt before you get out of their store. Like almost all other grocery stores they could train the baggers not to put soap and detergents in bags with food items but this issue seems to be anywhere you shop. The store brand is ok but not the best but all in all of you have a Kroger membership you can save a lot of money. Did mention dule rewards as high as one dollar off a gallon of gas??? Yeah, that's a super...
