I've had to wait to calm down a bit before posting a review to ensure I give pure accuracy. First, I will say Corporate Office CSR was very pleasant, understanding and took my complaint serious however, giving someone $10 credit verses $40.00 orders being completely messed up or missing $20 of it isn't sufficient nor satisfying. The actual employee's of this specific Location is nothing short of excruciating to deal with on every occasion I've had in the past year. Which btw, is a lot since being we love taco bell and it's literally .25 miles from my home. 4 consecutive mobile app orders with additional costly addon's were completely lacking on top of items completely missing. I contacted the taco bell location to advise of missing items & each time, they advised for me to complain on the mobile app and they can't do anything about it. I finally explained to them the mobile app hasn't contacted me regarding any of these 4 issue visits, and then was told by one manager of the location to call Corporate. They all were very rude every visit but this 5th most recent visit is what drew the line for me. I again ordered $40.00 online mobile order but used pick up this time as I figured it would make more sense to get missing items as I just knew they would screw up and of course I knew they wouldn't care just had they hadn't ANY of the last 4 times. What happened on this 5th visit? I go into to pick up the online order that I ordered for my son and not a single person said a single word, no greeting, no be right with you, no nothing. There were 3 others waiting in dining area for their food. As they were finishing my sons online order I decided to order and stood in line 15 straight minutes without a greeting or hello or you here for pick up, NOTHING. I finally asked them if there was anyone working the front counter for orders as not one person come up to handle the order. (Not a single sign is posted to inform anyone of this) but they responded with "You have to use the kiosk over there." No showing me or pointing in the direction, it's basically hidden under the counter behind the order line which I found finally. Instead of complaining, I didn't say anything and just ordered my food so i could eat with my son. Guess what happened next as you'd know it? They messed up the order again. Missing items, missing costly additional addons on both my sons order and mine... I walked right back into the building and not a single person said a word again for over 8 mins. A young lady come from outside and asked if I had been assisted., She is the one who was able to get my food and help While the others were talking about having to go get more weed before going home as they smoked all the weed they had and think it's gone. Then speaking about how they needed to go get blunt wraps too after work. Well maybe if ya'll weren't so dang high you could possibly fill some orders properly. IDK I do know many ppl who recreational so that cannot be an excuse for these folks. These folks are inconsiderate rude and lazy. I refuse to ever visit this location again if I do decide to eat tacoBell again. Sad because we love Taco bell but this is enough of the big chains taking advantage of...
Read moreDON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY! Had the worst experience to date here this past Friday, June 22, 2018. We've had problems here before with being overcharged and receiving the wrong order/food, (usually resolved by one manager in particular, we have to ask him personally to make our food each time we go in) but this visit really took the cake when it came to rude customer service and not getting what we ordered. We came in to the dining room at about 7:30, and was told after we had already ordered that we could not eat inside since they apparently changed their dining hours from closing at 9 pm to 8 pm. Mind you this was still before 8:00, my family was already seated inside and we never would have ordered there if we had known they were going to kick us out as soon as we recieved our food. They then proceeded to tell the people sitting behind us that even though they weren't finished eating, they too had to leave in the middle of their meal at the insistance of the employees here. To top it all off my 6 year old daughter recieved a mountain dew instead of lemonade, they overcharged us then gave us a receipt that was completely blank, no items, totals, anything on it, and messed up all 3 of our meals. I shouldn't have to request a specific manager every time I go here just to get standard service and quality food! This is absolutely unbelievable...my daughter was in tears and it was a horrible ending to all of the fun we had just had at the Fireman's Festival in Clio. I'll drive all the way to Clio, Flushing, or Flint before I return to this...
Read moreOver the duration of this last year, TB in Mt. Morris has been consistently terrible. My main issue is that they never fail to make a sloppy mess out of your order, they never fail to mess up special orders, and the kitchen is always ragged looking. Dynamics are interesting in that place, there is a young shorter man whom works the window and he always does a fantastic job taking orders but the cooks are careless right behind him. There is another window worker named Frankie. Frankie one time helped me when I returned with a messed up order, she blamed me for the receipt being wrong and argued with me in the drive through until I asked for my money back instead of doing the remake. That confrontation felt like a competition of ego, it was very strange. Other workers seem to be part of a revolving door. Almost always, someone is smoking outside near the door. They like to blasting music in the pick up window. And the classic.. entertaining reckless conversations with their coworkers while they handle customers, overall very unprofessional and it very clearly directly affects the quality of their work. I've been driving to Clio or Pierson road for the last few months, it's been...
