Do not use this facility for U haul truck rental. I had truck rental scheduled for a pickup at 9:00am when store opens. i waited until 9:30am and finally called U haul central office. The rep there tried to call owners and no answer. She redirected me to Bloomfield Tire & Auto in Genoa City (about 4 miles away) who were excellent. Stay away from Pauls for Uhaul truck rental. Not reliable enough to open store at specified time or even take...

Today we decided to go and take some pictures. We went to Genoa liquor because we really liked the aesthetic. We went back to the DVDs and video tapes causing no issues to anyone around us, making sure we weren't a disturbance. The worker came to us and was so disrespectful after we kindly talked to her.
