Milk & Hunny — Local services in Germantown

Very Disappointed! Very poor experience with the owners of Milk and Hunny (formerly Fox Gallery). They all need customer service training!

An excuse was given for everything that went wrong with my purchase, never received an apology for selling damaged jewelry or altering the piece against our wishes. Not to mention giving me a clearly used box with dirt and lipstick on it.

Additionally, I was insulted by one of owners who stated, “not all $30 pieces get looked over because they are mass produced”. The jewelry piece I purchased was over four times that amount!

This is NOT the same Fox Gallery that we all once loved and supported, who were actually from the Germantown / Farmersville community.

I will gladly be looking for another small business...

Absolutely love this sweet little store! Adorable and affordable clothing , very relaxing no pressure atmosphere. Molly and Lisa are so kind and make you feel amazing when helping you find clothing to fit your body type. Love the yummy candles and tarts not only do they smell good they look cute too! A+++ for the custom jewelry you have instore and for getting my daughters earrings repaired so quickly!! Thank you again. Can't wait to come in for...

I LOVE having this gem of a store in our town. Tom and Julie are wonderful, Tom does beautiful, top quality, custom jewelry and their selection of clothing, purses, and an assortment of jewelry and gifts is perfect. Any time I need a gift they are my first stop, and I stop by on a regular basis just to treat myself to something!
