About time Germantown got a cute little coffee shop! This town needs more little local businesses like this. Would have loved to have this as a hangout when I was in high school. It is my go-to my get together spot with old friends when I am home. They do a good job of cultivating a community with friendly baristas and new ā€œspecialtyā€ drinks for certain months and seasons. They are known for their refreshers and I will say they are quite refreshing I’m just more of a coffee gal myself. They do have delish ice cream - a must try is a cold brew milkshake (your choice of ice cream blended with cold brew coffee). This is more if a down-home coffee shop than a yuppy hipster place but it fits the town perfectly. Nice farm-chic decor throughout and a great patio for sitting outside or hanging with your dogs. A lot of pastry options at all times. I go to work remotely at times and the wifi speed is fast and there are plenty of outlets to charge devices. They also have a very generous rewards program which makes coffee affordable if you go semi-regularly, makes my coffee habit affordable which is hard in this day and age. Go support this place!

Overall a nice little spot to grab coffee, donuts and ice cream. The place is located in a small township in Ohio. It's quaint and what you would expect from a small town. The only issue encountered is the entryway from the street. The area is a bit narrow and I could see how it would bottleneck on a busy weekend. Outdoor seating is available in addition to the inside. Donuts looked good and the ice cream is from Youngs Jersey Dairy in Yellow Springs. I highly recommend their iced coffee drinks. My only small complaint is that prices could be a tad lower. They seemed a bit inflated for a small coffee shop.

The Creamery is a gem. The staff is friendly helpful and seem like they actually enjoy being at their jobs. I beleive they are selective about their hiring - the shop is cute and clean and quiet. My daughter loves coming there to get a scoop of ice cream and play with their ice cream shop toys. My family really loves to come to germantown and stop in! They also manage to keep their prices down so please tip your baristas for their service!

The atmosphere for the most part is very nice! The outdoor seating is such a nice thing to have especially for the summer. However, there was no clear menu anywhere and I had to track it down on a table. Then, when I asked what the baristas favorite drink was they responded with anything with ice cream. I’m lactose intolerant and there was not a non dairy ice cream option available. The other man working made me a lavender vanilla latte but my shots were dead by the time he finally added oat milk to it making the coffee very bitter and hard to drink. Espresso shots only last about 10 seconds before reaching this bitter and undrinkable state. Watching him pull the shots from the machine, I noticed that they pulled extremely quickly which also doesn’t help since the ideal range is around 25 seconds. The man who made my drink came across as very arrogant and I felt like I was being talked down to during the process. He was being far too condescending to be serving such poor quality coffee. That being said I’ve had really well made drinks there before from two specific baristas but I’ve heard that my favorite one left, which is really sad. She made some very good coffee! It also is such a nice thing to see old historic building being repurposed, it was really full of a lot...

My roommate and I frequent this place often, i enjoy the vibe and the refreshments although I’m not a fan of the coffee. Today we walked in at 9 am as normal and placed our orders, there was a small girl with dark hair in a pony tail, freckles. She did not smile or welcome us, no problem. My roommate got a refresher and as they were typing in their email for the rewards I watched freckles stare my roommate down with absolute disgust. Again, maybe that’s just her face. My roommate has short purple hair. It’s is obvious they are not straight. As we were leaving, the other girl who was working bid us goodbye and referred to us as ā€œguysā€ when she said goodbye. Unexpectedly, abruptly and harshly freckles said ā€œgirls!ā€ correcting her coworker, no context, no follow up. She was in fact trying to make a statement. My roommate didn’t care too much, they will not jump down your throat for stuff like this, they didn’t want to cause problems and be banned from here. This was very obviously a rude comment, freckles body tone and facial expressions said it all. It’s one that to have an opinion, but it’s another to be unnecessarily nasty to someone who didn’t say but one...
