Discount Drug Mart — Local services in Gilead Township

I attended a flu shot clinic done by discount drug mart that was hosted by my employer. I then at a later time needed a record of that so I called the discount drug mart in Mount Gilead. The girl I talked to informed me that they did not have record of my flu shot since it was not done in the store but that she would contact their corporate office to get a copy of it sent to her and that she would call me back to let me know when she had it so I could come pick it up. She did this and I was able to go get my record later that night. She was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to give me great customer service. I had never been in a discount drug mart before this and i also was incredibly impressed at how big it was and the large selection of items they had. You could literally do a full grocery shop here with all the fresh produce and everything. You all just gained a new customer. I wish I got that girl’s name but I didn’t... she was working in the pharmacy on 11-1-19. Thank...

s*t store I’ve ever been to. All the staff are pathological liars, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered, and the store is filthy. They tried to call the police on me/and or ban me from the store because I was lied to SEVERAL DIFFERNT TIMES BY EACH INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEE AND A MANAGER on their exchange policy. Was simply trying to exchange diapers and buy other hygiene products, and the manager who “helped” me, lied to security about what I was buying/bought. Security followed me throughout the entire store while I was shopping, (I was unaware until I was stopped), the man had no name tag, no security uniform, no badge, nothing. First time in the store, and I almost get the police called on me for a situation that wasn’t my fault, considering I was manipulated and lied to about the exchange policy and how my purchase...

I try to limit my bad reviews, as I know how detrimental they can be for a company...... Specifically smaller businesses in general. But when a company treats someone as poorly as this company treats individuals they're lucky I don't leave 1000 bad reviews. The management, employees and security/ secret shoppers all lack common sense and decency. I would be ashamed if I worked here. I hope something can be done to fix the way this business is ran because the way they choose to treat some people is 100% completely...
