I was out of town in Mount Gilead, Ohio and happened to come across a Verizon store. I wanted to get my refurbished Motorola razr activated that I had purchased. I brought it in and was advised that that was not a possibility and that I needed to buy a new phone. I was advised the phone that I could apply a discount on was the Google pixel 6 pro. From what I understood, the Motorola edge UW was the phone. I was able to get discounts on from my prior discussion with the representative in Columbus.
I've been convinced to spend more than what was within my budget and more than I had to be able to spend on a phone yesterday. I am not satisfied with the google pixel 6 pro.
It seems to take forever to charge fully even with my fast charge brick. Does not seem to keep the charge for very long either.
It doesn't connect to certain devices with Bluetooth for some reason. There's a glitch. It doesn't see it or connect. It just sits there.
It is very slick and slips out of my hands very easily. It has a curved screen so what I'm trying to type my palms will be touching a screen and it won't allow me to type correctly because of how close to the edge of the screen is. I do not like this phone.

I bought a new Motorola phone for my brother to use and needed to transfer the phone number from another family members account. The representative took time to look up all the info needed from both accounts, making the necessary changes and finding the best deal for services in order to save me money, which made my husband very happy 😊 The gentleman also, showed me a device for my husband as a Christmas 🎄 gift that was another money saver. He was also able to help my family members save money and help them with a replacement phone for their granddaughter who had a broken phone. They received a free watch ⌚️ that interacts with health issues, which gave them a sense of relief regarding a health issue. I mean, this representative was polite, interested in savings for his customers, and made sure everything was in order as far as the changes to our accounts and our purchases. He also followed up with a phone call to make sure we had no issues with both the account changes and our purchases. It's been a while since I sent a sales representative go the extra mile for his customers. ...

Josh inquired about my current phone ( an 11) and said he could upgrade my phone to a 14 at no cost and then by adding a fourth line he could further reduce my bill. All I had to pay extra for were any accessories and one time charges. I again said I was happy with this phone and was he certain it wouldn’t increase my bill. He assured me it would in fact reduce my bill. Once I got the new bill, I realized I had been deceived. My bill is now increased monthly by $30! After phone calls and three visits to the store, Josh could not explain what had happened and offered me no solution. And I could not return the phone because I no longer had the original box.
