Graf's Antiques & Jewelry — Local services in Gladewater

The owner which is a woman was very rude when i called her to find out if she accepted debit or credit. Most antique shops take cash or check only which is why i was calling to inquire about wether they did or not. She told me she couldnt tell me if they took cards over the phone like im some sort of criminal and then she hung up in my face. I called back to tell her id be going to R&S antiques next door and needed to know if they took cards or else id have to get more cash out of the ATM but before i could even get a word out i could overhear her husband or some man in the back telling her to hang up on me which is also VERY RUDE. Horrible customer service, if i were you id go to Antiques II, R&S clocks and more, or basically any where but here. Hopefully this review will encourage the rude owners to think before she is rude...

They are so friendly here! I go in this store maybe once a year (more like once every few years) but somehow the sweet lady working here always remembers me. I don't even think I've ever bought something here (though for a small store, they've got a lot of great stuff!), but regardless I'm always treated like they're delighted I'm there. Very positive...
