Dear Shilu I just wanted to give you 5 stars, because the lady Sue that works the really goes above and beyond for all of the customers. She makes sure things are wiped down and garbage is not over following and stinks. The only issue that I know she is working on is that Gnats that are intimating when you are playing. You guys need more people that are as friendly and helpful as her and Celeste the people at your Melrose Park location can not even acknowledge you whan you walk in. That's evert employee there except when Sue and Celeste are there, they even spend a lot of time cleaning the nasty bathrooms and the clean machine that never wiped down. Very loud place. They literally let 1 person play and 5 people to stand behind and watch you which if they're not playing they shouldn't be in the gaming area. The girl that works there always asking you how your doing on the machine are you winning... none of your business.
