Briana's Pancake House — Local services in Glendale Heights

I had breakfast this morning at this new location. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious! Eggs Benedict was perfect & there were 3 perfectly poached eggs instead of 2 & served with crispy hash browns. I also had a side of pancakes & an ice tea. Nancy C was my server. She was friendly, efficient, attentive & knowledgeable of the menu items. The menu had a lot of great breakfast & lunch options. The interior has been completely renovated and is very clean & comfortable. I will definitely come back & will bring some friends. This is a great addition to the area!

6/17/25 - UPDATE: My sister and I had breakfast here today. Another 5 🌟 review. Everything was delicious - just like the previous visit. Eggs Benedict great again, fluffy pancakes, bacon was thick and perfectly cooked, crispy hash browns & coffee. Our server was great! Please support this local small business 😊

It started out well, Claudia greeted us when we arrived she seemed really nice and welcoming. We ordered soup and t was warm and well. Food arrived i ordered the cowboy omelet and enjoyed up until the last few bites. super frustrated because the omelet was super cheesy and had the right amount of steak and mushrooms, as I was admiring the omelet I picked up a piece of egg and to my surprise a black hair was sticking out of it. I told the Claudia, she didn't know what to say and hesitated immediately taking the plate away with no apology. I already had ate most of plate so I didn't expect a new one but at least some sort of compensation on the meal but as I checked the receipt she still charged me for a contaminated plate. I was apprehensive about going to a newly opened restaurant because of the stereotype that goes with it. Not with this place, food was absolutely delicious! Fresh, hot, and quality ingredients. Service was great from beginning to end starting with the hostess to our waitress throughout our entire stay. Will be back to try one of the many options they have on their menu.
