I made an appointment with a stylist name Craig and we had agreed upon $85 at which my mother's hair is very very short and I have somewhat long hair not even to my shoulders when we got there we had discussed getting a perm but we also had discuss getting a cut and wish that was what he wanted to do when he first saw me was get a cut I didn't form him that I was not going to get a cut off my hair And what she did go ahead and put the curl into my hair and I noticed through the process of my hair is like he didn't put enough of the perm in my hair and reapply the permanent back of my hair in the midst process at the end of the the service I was in the washing bowl and he throws out a price of $105 I was thinking okay $105 just for my self and my mother okay And I said well I will go to the store because I only have brought $200 to go ahead and break that so he can go ahead and get the $105 then as I said at the chair to get my hair styled he assured me that I was going to go out looking fabulous and that did not happen he turns around and tells my mother she owes 105 that I owe 105 which came to $210 which is the most I have ever paid for a curl I had question him as to why my mother's hair was $105 and she practically does not have any hair at all he could not come up with a legitimate excuse so then he says we'll all go ahead and wave the $5 and you can just give me the $200 a bait and switch I will never ever ever return to the salon when I was in the wash bowl getting my hair washed he handled my head with such aggression that it was very uncomfortable I seriously wanted him to get done I've never had any beautician whether it be male or female handle my hair and my head was such aggression pulling my head back aggressively pushing my hair to the side water in my ear water on my face I WILL NEVER RETURN TO...

Let me start off by saying Minh did a great job with my haircut. Not too fast not too slow. She took the Appropriate amount of time to assist me. However, I had come with my grandmother as she had an appointment with another lady Audra (Not Minh). My grandmother had wanted a haircut with some highlights. Now i understand that can take some time cutting and processing hair but there is NO WAY IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN NEARLY 7 HOURS TO COMPLETE. We did not leave the salon until about 10:45 PM. We got there on time. A bit early in fact. I highly recommend finding another salon to color your hair if your time is of the essence. I’m a very patient person and was not going to leave my grandmother there that late so of course I stayed until completed. It’s not like she could’ve just left without her hair being done. We’re not exactly experts but a simple cut and highlights on 6 inches of hair should not take THAT LONG. If it was going to take that long, we should have been informed. I don’t know anyone who thinks they have to plan for that much of time for simple services. I wanted to love this place for my grandmother. She doesn’t get to treat herself often. I can literally trust her to make suggestions that would better suit me and let her go at it. It's always perfect. My hair has never felt so healthy. Pinky really listens to what you want.
