Have been watching this place on social media and was in the neighborhood and finally had the opportunity to try. They were a little busy. Once I placed my order of mango habenaro tostada shrimp ceviche and the regular toastie shrimp ceviche. It took about 2 minutes i was surprised they had the electronic number buzzer when placing orders. Staff were super nice and when my order was ready they repeated to confirm. It was fairly priced at $23. It was super fresh. I was disappointed in the heat. There was nothing for heat, but the overall taste was food. The salsa Verde toasties definitely were a game changer but still did not provide the heat I was looking for. It was pretty filling and refreshing during these summer lunches. I'm not a mariscos guy but my coworker was gonna stop by and get agua chile, I pretty much told him just get me tacos. I never seen the menu. Literally don’t go to any other mariscos in the valley! They have the freshest seafood EVERY single time!! There’s plenty of good mariscos in the valley but not a single one can match the consistency of lalo’s!! Cleanest food truck you probably ever seen alongside with the best tasting mariscos is crazy don’t even get me started on the shrimp tacos they are so damn good!
