I wanted to like this place and my hair so bad, but this is by far the worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten. The service is great they’re all very sweet. But I asked for long layers and to keep the length of my hair and I received a wolf cut. The layers are starting half way into my hair. It’s so short compared to my length and it looks messed up even when it’s styled. I was never asked if it was ok to chop off half of my hair. I asked for LONG layers and to keep the length. Imagine my surprise when I see half of my hair on the floor. I’m genuinely just so sad for my hair and wish I would’ve just left it how it was. I’m going to have to regrow my hair again and start from scratch. Straightened my hair it looks even worse. Currently crying. I’m embarrassed to even walk outside. They messed up my hair so bad. Update: I messaged them and let them know my hair cut was chopped and uneven. They called me and let me know that they could have Jessica fix it (the stylist who I booked the appointment with originally and didn’t let me know she was out of town & they had to put me with another stylist) I said no I would get it fixed elsewhere and that I just wanted a refund. They kept pushing to fix my hair. I go in to the salon they ask me to take my hair out of the bun it was in and proceeded to say that it wasn’t bad and they could fix it. And that it wasn’t a wolf cut because I was able to put my hair up. She said that with a smirk on her face and attitude. Again I told them I just want a refund. She proceeds to have attitude with me and pulls out $60 cash. Mind you I paid $65 and tipped $15. I go isn’t the haircut $65. You still owe me $5. She got super defensive and was like yea I’m only giving you $60. It’s coming out of my own pocket and I have to explain to the owner what happened. I shouldn’t even be giving you a refund. So basically, if you come to this place and they mess up your hair just know you’re not getting that money back. NO REFUNDS. And if you ask for one you’ll have a whole lot of attitude to get through to receive it. The funniest part is I drove all the way from Gilbert because I thought they were going to be a good salon and had to I drive all the way back here to here to receive a refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

I went to the salon with high hopes after seeing their photos on Instagram. I’d been wanting to see a specific stylist but she’d been so busy I called and the receptionist recommended “Vee” I looked at her page and yes she’s very talented, or so I thought. So I scheduled with a $50 deposit that goes towards the service. The day of my hair appointment went great she went over the prices only she wrote it down as “ombrĂ©â€ which is listed on all their pages at $250, that’s fine good price, she offered me the deep conditioning and b3 vitamin $90 for both fine, she didn’t mention anything of the length, product, hair density up charges. So I assumed it was all included in the price, since she NEVER mentioned any of that. With all that my total should’ve been $290 after my deposit. I was charged $390 with an additional $50 tip for “Vee” which I was glad to give her for the long 6 hours. When she was done I was happy with my hair until I started to notice that my roots were not blended at all and since she put a one solid color toner on all my head as that fades the bleach marks have become more noticeable. I messaged her hope she could just do a root blend but never got a reply back, so I messaged the salons page and they opened it and never responded either. Instead I get a call from an upset “Vee”claiming that She disclosed and mentioned the price was because of my hair length and density and also “the product used” only until now. I also said that’s all fine I would’ve paid either way my only issue was that none of that was disclosed to me. She had a snarky attitude saying that she was the only one that wanted to do my hair as if it was all my fault! It was her way or no way. NEVER will I return nor recommend anyone here. The whole time of my service she yanked and broke off my already processed hair, super rough I should’ve got up and left after she mentioned she’d only been doing hair for 8 months! All I wanted was to get my roots blended as she failed to do. Maybe the rest are good at what they do but her with her unprofessional behavior, I definitely wouldn’t waste my time with her. No

Came in with a full head of hair and asked for a wolf cut with Mia. I showed her photos and explained to her how I wanted it to look and she cut my hair the same she does with all her clients. She does beautiful butterfly cuts but I wanted something different. I wasn’t happy with how it looked and let her know but she shrugged me off and asked what time it was and started packing up. I paid $75 with an additional $15 deposit and went home and cried. I reached out to her and asked if she could fix it. She said she would be done with her client in an hour so I went back to the salon and she was already gone. I texted her and she said she would not be coming back to the salon to fix it and she would not be giving me a refund. I felt broken. My hair is very special to me I don’t let many people touch it. And she also styled it in a way she wanted not how I had asked. The style gave way after 30mins it was back to pin straight. She clipped a small center in between my curtain bangs and called it “bangs” She told me I should just find a different stylist since I didn’t like her work. Very sad and disappointing experience. Luckily Jessica was able to fix it for me and she did an amazing job in giving me exactly what I asked for. Unfortunately they had to charge me an additional $30 for this fix as Mia is an independent “stylist.” Adding the before and after photos of both cuts. Love the shaggy look tho, thank you for saving me , Jessica!

I cannot recommend this salon if you have curly hair of any type. I booked a haircut with Mia and clearly communicated what I wanted: long layers and face-framing pieces, with minimal length removed. I also explained that I wear my hair naturally curly about 75% of the time and blown out the rest. I told her I trusted her expertise and asked for guidance on how to shape the layers appropriately.

After the cut, she blow-dried my hair straight. It looked fine at the time—nothing remarkable, but no immediate red flags. I wore it straight for a couple of days, but once I washed it and let it air dry, the problems became obvious. The layers are extremely uneven, with a gap of over six inches between the shortest and longest layers, making the haircut look choppy and poorly executed when worn curly.

I reached out to Mia to express my concerns and was met with a dismissive response. She told me it “blended all really nice” and that “curls dry different every time,” as if I hadn’t been wearing my hair curly my whole life. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable returning and requested a refund, which she declined, citing her policy. Her messages included multiple apologies, but they felt insincere and deflective—she placed the responsibility back on me, saying “I showed you what it looked like.”

On top of this, the overall professionalism was lacking. The day of my appointment, Mia texted just a few hours beforehand asking me to come in earlier than scheduled. I rearranged my day to accommodate her, only to be asked again—just 30 minutes before the new appointment time—if we could reschedule for the next day. I believe the rushed and disorganized nature of this interaction contributed to the poor outcome of the cut.

This has been one of the most disappointing and unprofessional salon experiences I’ve ever had. The haircut is not only unflattering but will likely require me to lose years of growth just to correct the shape. I do not recommend this salon, especially to...
