I order drive thru and get told after I pay to drive around back and we will bring out your food. So I park around back and 10 min. later she comes out with my food . What is this supposed save Time ? Well its a Failure . So when I notice the food is not warm enuff . I go inside present the cold food and was told By Dianna " I dont need food thrown at me . Please roll back you cameras and watch 08/03/2019 8:57 pm at the 83 rd ave and Camelback store and watch . NO FOOD WAS EVER THROWN AT ANY ONE ! I tell Dianna the food is cold Dianna reply's after she handles the food . "No its not it is fresh". Then hands it to Crystal another manager and Crystal agrees with Dianna and hands back food they have handled. At this point I ask for a complete refund and was told by Crystal tells me "NO" !!! " You will have to come back tomorrow and get your refund from the owner " I state "That is UNEXCEPTIONABLE I want my money back " To no avail . I stand my ground and ask again for full refund . Crystal says "take the food I am giving you and come back tomorrow for your refund." I Say "I dont want it, I want my money back " After a disruption the the store Fueled by Dianna and Crystal and their poor customer service as managers Crystal Say "Let me call my boss and see if I can help you. Every time I go it is this young girl in the drive threw she’s rude charges me what she wants to charge me and has no customer service this last visit I asked her to upsize my combo I get my food with no receipt again and a small fry and a large drink I’m like it’s a small fry I asked you to give me a large combo she says and my kids are a witness I only charged you for a large drink I’m speechless at this point but I ordered a certain way to feed my girls so I pull up and it’s 845 the doors are locked and I’m banging on the door for 10 minutes she makes eye contact with me and keeps doing what she’s doing so I tried calling and no one answers so I keep knocking and the other lady finally comes to the door I explained and she just corrected the order and asked was that all that was wrong anything else I need to fix. Read moreI drove into the drive through at 10:15 pm and waited for at least 10 to 15 minutes for the person in the car in front of me to put in their order. Then I drive up to give my order after waiting for 5 minutes for someone to talk over the speaker just to say hold on a few more minutes. Needless to say my patience wore thin and I had already wasted over 20 minutes in a drive through. I would have backed up and left if it wasn't for the long line of cars waiting behind me. So I drove through without bothering to order, waited for the person in front of me to get his order, then I drove off and went home empty handed. I wasn't the only one that left without ordering as I watched others in line follow my lead. I don't know if they just don't have enough staff working there late night, but if that's the case I would think management would close down early if they can't keep up with customer demand. JITB is one of my favorites, but this place just lost a customer because I won't be coming back to this location.
