Stitches Quilt Shop — Local services in Glendale

This has become my Happy Place. During this past year I've made several "quick" trips to Stitches to pick up needful things and many "I just have to have" things. I love Becky and all of the girls working for her. They have taken excellent precautionary measures to keep themselves and customers safe during this unusual year+ that we continue to live. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and always with a smile (I see their smiles right through the masks). Online classes have been so much fun. I have quilted a long time but continue to learn new tricks, etc from these ladies. If you can't find it in the store, they will get it for you. The quilting service is beautiful, with a very quick turnaround. Thank you all...

My mom and I went to this store for the first time today. What a wonderful experience we had! The employees were so helpful! Gave us a tour of the store, explained all the designer fabrics they had, showed us their “value trunk” area, helped with fabric selection, etc. They have a wonderful selection of fabric collections, I even learned of a few I have not heard of. They had a wide selection of purse hardware, straps, zippers, and patterns! They had a nice selection of half yards and full yards that were precut from end of bolts, which were priced very fair. This has easily become my new favorite store and my mom felt the same way! I cannot wait to go back! This store is 100% worth...

Nice selection of fabric, interesting set up, and would love to say I loved it, but I just think it's okay. The ladies don't greet you when you walk in. When you're in the hallway we here they have the patterns, it's like they don't have manners and just whip past you without saying a word. We arrived at 322 pm, with a closing time of 4, so we knew we were on a time crunch. That was our fault. But when we mentioned we were from out of town as we got our fabric cut and we would have spent more money if we had more time, they just scoffed like it was an oh well thing. I get it but at least give me something that makes me feel you care to have my business. Good Memorial day...
