Mystic Canyon Trail — Local services in Glendora

Great short, step, mostly unshaded and tough hike. Even several days after a rain dump, trail can be more slippery in spots going down, even with hiking shoes by Merrell. I’m Gen X and use poles at times.

I’ve done this trail a couple times and rest at top. Take your time going up and down. Enough shady areas to rest.

Beware weekend mountain bikers but during week the mountain bikers will use a bell and tell you if there are others behind them.

Friendly hiker, bikers and dog owners every time I went so far. I go in the late mornings. Bikers pretty much stop after 12-1pm.

Gets hot fast.
