This place has gone downhill big time. I used them once before and had a great experience and know friends who have as well. Recently I went on a Friday evening, with very few patients there. I was immediately taken to triage for an IV and stats, then sent to the lobby for an hour. While in the lobby, you have the joy of suffering from pain or whatever you're there for - while you sit and listen to the front desk workers and security laughing it up and chatting away for the whole lobby to hear. After finally getting a room, my nurse was great, imaging tech was great, doctor was fine - but I was told I needed to do follow up labs after being there for almost 4 hours and see if my white blood cells had elevated... that was never done. My imaging results were very poorly written, without very little detail that actually helps him understand a whole lot (according to my primary doctor), they incorrectly noted that an organ is present that I had removed 14 years ago and only 1 of 2 images ran resulted online. They came in 3 hours after the imaging was read to medicate for pain, administer antibiotics and finally let me have a snack. I ended up having to let one of the medications drip for an hour before I could even go home. It was a disaster. The doctor told me they're basically a glorified urgent care, but even urgent cares don't take 1/4 of the time this did. There was no urgency...

This facility is not even 5 minutes from where I live, I went here early due to suspected appendicitis at around 10:00 am 9/15/2021. I was diagnosed, and transferred due to the hospital not having an on-call surgeon. Dr. Stokes and his team made this process easy seamless and I was being transferred within a couple of hours.
Unfortunately my surgery didn't go as planned at the other facility I won't name (for legal reasons) and I had to be re-seen to have a Urinary Catheter placed. As unpleasant as the placement was at the time, I still managed to get out of there within a 2 hours-ish possibly less.
After having to revisit the ER a couple hours later due to an internal bleed I was having, I was once again seen and diagnosed in less than 2 hours and was being put in for a transfer to Saint Francis Main where I was transferred via EMS.
My 2nd and 3d visits were quick, efficient, and Dr. Blagovich and her team were excellent at making sure my needs were met in a quick timeframe and once again having a very quick and seamless transfer process so I could get my second surgery done.
I can't thank this facility enough. Thank you Dr. Stokes, Dr. Blagovich and the rest of the team of nurses, techs, and...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. The woman at the front desk was nice. It didn't take long to get us into a room and the male nurse was nice as well. That was their only saving grace!!!! We sat in the room for over an hour and a half waiting for the doctor, once he showed up the very first thing he said in a very rude a condescending tone was " this is an emergency room and that isn't an emergency. We won't have any answers for you today." He didn't even attempt to figure out what caused the issue or find a solution for us. He was more concerned with letting me know, in front of my 14 year old son that I messed up and took him to the wrong place. Yes I messed up but I wasn't expecting someone in that profession to be extremely rude and hateful about it and I sure didn't expect them to treat me that way in front of my teenage boy. Then he said he'd bring us a paper for a specialist, 10 minutes later the nurse came in with discharge papers and no referral. She had heard the doctor talk to me that way and was apologetic, saying she wasn't sure why he was so rude. So I know I didn't imagine it. I'm not one to complain, I have more understanding than most people when it comes to certain situations and I'm not easily angered about things, I just feel that conversation should have went a little differently...
