Braum’s Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant — Restaurant in Glenpool

Coming through the drive through, the cashier was super rude after I had to make a call to see what someone wanted in place of yogurt because their machine was down. I assume it was just because it was getting closer to close. She snatched my card from me with a passive aggressive "thank you". You could tell she was going off about something over the headset as a coworker was behind her making eye contact with me with wide eyes, obviously uncomfortable. The lettuce on my sandwich was brown and slimy and there was a clear indentation of a finger with a fingernail crammed into the bottom of my sandwich. It looked like someone tried shoving their finger through the lime in my cherry limeade as well, which had so much lime it was unbearable to drink. Just because it's getting close to closing time, doesn't mean you should provide poor service and product. I've worked in fast food and I know how people can be. I don't recommend going to this location...

Caution! Eating at this particular Braum's is addictive! Everything in here is deliciously dangerous! And just so you've been warned, if a clean, well-maintained place to eat with hot fresh food and great customer service isn't your thing, stay away. That's what this place is all about. 8/3/24: update, I posted the above review a few months ago as each time we visited it was great. Today, it was completely the opposite. Went in at 5pm on a Saturday. Kitchen/food prep area was in terrible shape. The dining room was filthy as well. Dirty tables, beverage/condiment station a mess, and completely out of ice. Looks like no one has made any attempt today to take care of these areas. My wife ordered the chicken sandwich. It was terrible. The young lady running the drive-thru window this evening 05/10/ 2023 is rude and likes to talk badly about everyone that places an order after we did while throwing a fit about it in the window. We were handed our shakes and all I asked was which was what and she said she didn’t know an then rudely informed me she wasn’t the one that made them, but she assumed this was that on and this one was that. When we got home all of them are wrong and no straws. You work at fast food restaurants that keeps it drive open til 1045, which means people will order up until that point. They are feeding themselves and your business. It’s our personal opinion this young lady needs training or is better suited for a different position. We love our local Braums, but unfortunately tonight...
