Well it sure didn't take long for this place to turn to garbage. I was excited to see a Taco Bell being built closer to where I live so that I didn't have to drive to 111th and Memorial. It was pretty good the first time, but today I ended up throwing it in the trash. As you can see in the photos, the place was empty. It still took 25 minutes to make 2 chalupas and a bean & rice burrito. The meat in the chalupa was cold but still edible. However, the bean stuff (?) in the burrito was not only cold, but something was added to make it too spicy to eat. It was definitely unlike any one that I have had at any other Taco Bell before. The texture of that bean mess was more like eating cold lard instead of refried beans. I had to throw it out after attempting two bites. If you look AZ t the photo you can see that it is judt not right. It's also about 3 times the size that it should be. What the heck are they trying to hide here? I know that this is where a rep from Taco Bell will ask me to contact them to make it look like like they are actually going to make it better. Instead I would recommend training for both the employees and management at that location. And better hygiene would help was well.

SO SLOW! Came at 6pm, couple other guys here but otherwise a ghost town in the lobby and DT. I ordered a single item a chicken enchilada burrito, I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes and counting. No service people up front to approach to ask. Everyone in the back, only kiosks to speak to and the only language they know is download our app! I’m waiting, there’s no music, lobby is dirty. The vibe is get your order and go, but when we’re ready, minus hospitality. Taco Bell should be renamed Taco NO Bueno.

Food was good, reviews are misleading. There are no robots in the drive-threw, it is just an automated menu inside. You can still order from the counter, the menu is just on a screen in front of you. This has been a feature at McDonald's for years. It's baffling that it's angering so many people when implemented to Taco Bell. Service was a little slow, but they were rushing out drive-threw orders. I will be becoming a regular.

I ordered mine and my family's food through the app. I came around to the drive thru and received my food. Got all the way home to realize not only mine, but my husband's gordida supreame missing from both of our Lux boxes. I call to inform the restaurant that some of our items were missing and I would be back up there to get the items. The guy on the phone cut me off when I was informing him about our missing food. Was very adamant that he personally made the food and put it in our boxes. I informed him that my husband and I are both looking in our boxes and the food isn't there. He proceeded to call me a liar! I told him I would be up there in a bit and wanted to speak with the manager personally. I drove back to the restaurant, went inside with the boxes, and asked to speak to the manager and it just so happens that the guy on the phone was the manager. I informed him that I didn't appreciate being called a liar. He said again that he made the food and they were in the box. He then asked to see the boxes because he still didn't believe me that they didn't make my food. He then handed me a bag with the gordida supreames in it and told me to "have a nice day". He probably didn't mean it in a condescending way, but it definitely came off that way.

I know Taco bell is a cheap fast food place and I am aware of the food I am getting, but I was not expecting such crappy behavior not just from an employee, but from one of their managers. By far one of the worst experiences I...

I’m really surprised at the negative reviews. Then again, I’m not. If you read some of the reviews from people that are negative, majority of their reviews are negative for every establishment.

So here goes… I’ve picked up as a doordasher before. They’ve always been prompt & even have went over the order with me for quality control.

Tonight I ordered for myself from the app. I pulled into the mobile lane, gave my name, and pulled around. I was greeted promptly and kindly by a young man.

I get to the window & he had my drink ready. He told me it would be a minute, which it legit was. A minute. I didn’t check my order. I drove straight home about 25 minutes away.

My food was the best I’ve had from a Taco Bell in a VERY long time. Portions were perfect, not sloppy. I say that because I order one of my burritos with extra sauce. It wasn’t oozing out of the burrito. It was folded up nicely & was very tasty. Everything was packaged up very nice. My sauce packets were even in little packages. That was super convenient to not have to grab them off the top of the food or dig them out of the bottom of the bag. The food was fresh and down right wonderful!

With establishments being understaffed and undervalued, maybe try to be understanding & kind. It truly goes a long way. Kudos Glenpool Taco Bell 👏🏼 Y’all did a...
