I would definitely put no stars on this.! This place is a joke!,If you want your love ones to come over here and die quickly because of neglect then this is the place for you! IF YOUR LOVED ONE FALLS, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU KNOW.MY MOTHER DIED HERE WITH A BROKEN HIP THAT WE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT UNTIL AFTER A BROKEN NOSE BECAUSE SHE FELL ON HER FACE BUMPS AND BRUISES EVERYWHERE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.IT'S FAKE! FIRST OF ALL THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH WORKERS! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!!!!! AND ANOTHER THING, IF YOUR LOVED ONE FALLS OR ANYTHING.THEY DO NOT WANT TO SEND THEM TO THE HOSPITAL TO GET CHECKED.THEY JUST PASS IT ON LIKE NOTHING! THIS PLACE HAS BEEN SUED SO MANY TIMES!!!!!!!!! My mom has been in the facility for awhile now. Longer than expected. She broke her ankle the end of July and opted to stay there. She was in quarantine the first 2 weeks (which I understand). The facility has been in lock down off and on the entire time. It’s been hard to visit. (I live in Phx) She asked about getting her vaccine but never got it (not sure what happened) then she got Covid. Pretty sick but the nurses monitored her well. She has said she doesn’t like the food. Some of the nurses are better than others. She really likes her PT time and the therapists. Over all I’ve been pleased (mostly) with her care there. I’ve recently had to speak with Reta about her discharge and other things going on with my mom. She has been so wonderful. She’s sweet, communicates well, listens, follows thru. That place is horrible. The patient care is horrible. My mother had a bedsore. She said her butt hurt. Pulled her Depends down an no bandage. A huge hole. You bring stuff in for your loved ones and they steal everything. Once my mother was bedridden they just shoved her tray in the room. If I called 15 times my call would go through to the back an they would hang up 15 times. If you have a love one in there you better keep a close eye on them . I sent my Mother a package Mothers Day she didn’t get anything. The usually stole what they wanted but this time they took the whole box. I got a hold of the Postoffice a they tracked it to the front desk. I have called Administration a that didn’t help none . I always sent cards pictures and candy and clothes.
