9.7.2023- (5:20pm) Attempted to submit a pick up order. The female whom answered the phone had zero phone etiquette in regards to being kind, respectful and display customer service. She exhaled and grunted multiple times as I was ordering as if my call and business was such an inconvenience to her. She asked what is the name for the order, which I provided. Upon completion of my order and providing the name she hung up on me before I could even ask the time frame of when the order would be ready for pick up or to confirm my order (4 items). She didn't repeat my order or simply ask if there was anything else she could assist with. I called back and the same female answered whom took my order. I asked her if a manager or supervisor was available. She asked why? What do you need? I told her that I did not appreciate her hanging up on me and being so rude the entire time she took my order. She laughed and asked if there was anything else I needed. I told her I need her name because I want to submit a complaint in regards to your customer service. She laughed and said I'm not giving you my name. I then proceeded to tell her you are so rude, unkind and obviously immature from the behavior your showing "laughing". She would not provide a name nor would she let me speak with a supervisor nor provide me the name of a supervisor when I asked she continued to state "is there anything else you need" over and over . I told her she needs to be kind and atleast display some type of customer service if she wants to work in the custome service industry. Atleast be kind when answering the phone. I told her to cancel my order due to your rudeness. She just laughed and hung up. Overall I'm sorry your not happy to answer the phone and take orders. Read moreFood is average. My issue is with the "$0.99 charge for credit/debit". They claim it is to help small business, but the fact is that it is against Federal law to pass on charges on a debit card. They are to be treated "same as cash".Also, don't wait until people have ordered and are at the window to spring it on them. If it is costing you as a business more to take cards you either raise your prices or stop taking cards period.
The way it is written and executed by asking for cash is that the owners want to have less of a paper trail on their financials so they can avoid taxes. It is shady as heck and a poor business practice.
I have reported them for the debit card fees (to be clear, Credit card charges are legal, DEBIT is not) and hope that action is taken. This restriction was implemented by the Durbin Amendment of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. As such, this restaurant knowingly violates the act.

Read moreThe bean burritos were okay. Tortillas were different from what I like but it was tasty. I decided to order other than just the bean burritos and order rolled tacos thinking I would like. Unfortunately these were not great. Very little meat inside thick corn tortillas. The meat is size of half the width of a cigarette. When you bite,especially if you are hungry, you may be a little disappointed with all the corn tortilla and no meat until maybe the second bite. Although I was very disappointed with rolled tacos the rice was good but couldn't change my mind on this dish. This review is not to be rude but to let hungry people know if they are dreaming of rolled tacos that have a lot of meat maybe veer away from this or at least know what you'll be ordering.
