Taco Bell — Restaurant in Globe

We purchased a Triple Melt Burrito Box. The box consist of 1- Triple Melt Burrito, 1-Crunchy Taco, 1- Nacho Cheese Dorito Locos Taco, 1- bag of Cinnamon Twists and 1- medium soft drink Mountain Dew. Neither one of us like spicy food, so this was an excellent chose. If you prefer they have condiments to spice things up. We split everything in half , so both had a taste of all items. Each item had it's own season and flavor. It left me wanting more. The Cinnamon Twists add a sweet finish. After finishing our meal , we both were full . Upon arrival we were the only customer's. That changed as we were eating, 8 or 10 more customer's arrived. The cashier was easy to communicate with and helpful. Service was fast and correct for us and the customer's after received the same . Went through the drive thru while traveling home from vacation, drive thru attendant was short with us and very rude. Upon leaving the drive thru we realized from our receipt that she rang up the wrong food, returned inside to fix the mix up only to be told she only ordered what we said and that we must have been the one to mess up while ordering. Asked for manager, told was on break for 20 more minutes. So we left hoping to speak with a manager on the phone in 20 minutes as we needed to continue on our way. I was absolutely wrong. I called back to speak with someone 3 different times twice it went to a voicemail after about 45seconds of ringing and the third I was put on hold for 27 minutes before hanging up. Needless to say we will no longer use this taco bell on our frequent trips up...

We purchased plain chicken tacos and they gave us beef tacos with lettuce and no spoon for the power bowl. After driving off we realized their mistake so we went back. They corrected the order and told us we could keep the wrong tacos because they couldn't take them back. I noticed the floor in the kitchen was incredibly dirty so I told the manager (Thursday night shift) the floor was gross and she told me she didn't have to give me free tacos and that I didn't have to criticize her management. I was speechless and all I could say was that she was being incredibly rude. Then she told me to leave the premises and another employee started saying "good night".
