Good: The girl at the counter was polite. The apple-cinnamon scone and raspberry(?) Danish were excellent. The men's room was very very nice, not just white tile walls, and had a 3' tall ficus(?) plant. Needs improvement: The men's room has an air dryer (unsanitary, stirs up germs into the air) instead of paper towels for drying hands, so I had to use my clean hands to open the latch/lock and grasp the door handle to leave. It should have paper towels, or its door should have a "foot pull", a simple latch but no lock, and low resistance to open the door; that way, if there are no paper towels, I can still open the latch, wash my hands, and leave without having to touch a latch and handle. Would be great if the employees actually worked and didn't stand outside smoking cigarettes with there girlfriend instead of working. Absolutely no reason I should be waiting over 5 minutes for someone on the clock to come inside from taking a smoke break he didn't even clock out for.
