Simple & Fit is by far the BEST GYM I have ever attended. It is extremely clean, cool, & well maintained, with up to date,high tech equipment. The staff is well educated, helpful, & very friendly. The clients are courteous, & behave appropriately for the facilities. The cost is much more reasonable than any where else in the area.... equipped with SILVERSNEAKERS PRIVILEDGES. Simple & Fit Gym has all the bases covered for a versatile gym experience! Open gym workout, classes, personal training are all available. Equipment is up-to-date and well maintained. I love coming to Simple & Fit!! I love the people I workout with and the classes I have taken. It has been wonderful!! Love the fact it is close to my home and in my community.
