Not very helpful. I called requesting help identifying a missing bolt off my Bad Boy mower (the shop I bought it from closed) but the guy who answered wasn’t very helpful, he had no interest in trying to help me figure out the piece that I’m missing. If that’s any indication of the rest of the business, I’ll be taking mine somewhere else.
Response: That’s not even close to accurate. It’s a 2022 Bad Boy ZT Elite. I clearly know what model mower I have and could have given you my SN if you had asked for it, but you clearly had no intention of putting in work to help me. The two rear bolts that hold the seat to the track that slides the seat forward and back fell out. I explained that. I was trying to find out what size the bolts are and rather than help me determine that so I could order them from you, you gave me the run around. And asking me to bring the mower in for something so simple just shows where your priorities are with getting business in the door, not necessarily helping customers.    Read moreMy wife and I drove to Stan's from Battle Creek since there were no Bad Boy 60" ZT Elite mowers available in our area, and I'm so glad that we did. I called ahead and there was a mower waiting for me with my name on it as promised. I don't personally know any of the staff, but the ladies up front were very helpful, knowledgeable and treated my wife and I like we were old friends. Very good inventory of accessories for the mower we bought, as well as an impressive assortment of Bad Boy, Cub Cadet, Echo and other outdoor equipment. It's nice to know that there are still friendly, customer oriented driven businesses in existence...
