Black Ops Airsoft & Laser Tag Arcade — Local services in Goshen

Been there a few times but today we decided to play laser tag with some friends and family. While we are in the middle of the game, a staff member and one of his friends walked through the middle of the playfield, they walked through 4 times and my 7 year old ended up running into him, getting knocked over, and crying cuz she got hurt, while the staff member was walking through. Which then of course me, her mom, and sister all run to see if she’s ok. We stopped playing of course but it frustrated me that they would even be walking through center of the game while people are playing. The guy she ran into felt really bad about it and after talking to him Ali was insured we would get to play another game for free but the family was all done so we spoke to the lady working there and she gave us a card that is supposed to allow us to play again in the future when we come back in . I just hope they don’t forget and when we try and use the card that they allow us to play the game they owe us. A lot of people would of been really mad about this but we understand mistakes happen, just hope it doesn’t happen again to someone else and it be way worse of an incident. I was very surprised at the size of the room, it could definitely do a party of 20+ people easy. They had 2 rooms a big one and a small one. We had 3 rounds of laser tag and each round is 15 mins. Let me tell you know, 15 mins feel like 1hour when your playing in the arena. Everyone in my party had so much fun. Definitely bring a case of water, because everyone gets tired and hyped after just one round of laser tag here. The staff was very nice, the room was very clean and the guy who I talked to on the phone was very friendly and patient, because after I booked the location at goshen. I later found out they had a second location in South Bend, which had a even bigger laser tag Arena. So I called back to switch location, then I when to go check it out. The arena is huge, but it doesn't get darker then Goshen. So I called back the next day to switch back. I was very happy with the outcome of my party at mega blast. Definitely worth it. Plus, they have 24 players at one time, so everyone in my party could compete in...

The laser tag is definitely the best part of the place. It is a decent laser tag and for 15 minutes. The downside is that it takes over 30 minutes after one game ends before the next one begins, and we had a large group that was not able to play all at once so it took forever before everyone could get their turn.

Also I would not recommend booking a birthday party there. Their party room was a dingy little hole in the wall. We were supposed to have it from 4 p.m. till 6 p.m., but they had another party booked for it at 6 p.m. and was expecting us to be all cleaned up and out of it before then. We weren't even able to have everyone done doing the labor search hog and had to pull people out to do cake and ice cream and rush out of the room. Then had to stand around and wait for our turns to get the laser tag done because they didn't run...
