Had to leave a one star to leave this review. Very disappointed in this gym. My son was attending classes up until October when I was in the hospital with preclampsia and having my other child. I've been sick ever since. So when life finally got back to normal I called to place him back on a wait list there was no wait list at that time but due to me still being on maternity leave I didn't have the funds. So two weeks ago called to check the status of his wait list that he should of been on and to let the gym know he was turning 4 soon. Turns out he wasn't on a wait list so placed him on a few that would work with our schedule. Got an email this past Saturday saying that he was taken off wait lists. So here we are Monday and I called to make sense of this email. I asked Rachelle the office manager who also is the one sent the email and I wanted an explanation as to why it took two weeks to take him off the wait list when he could be on a wait list respectful of our time. Rachelle said to me part of the reason my son couldn't come back to the facility was because I failed to respond to them about wait list openings in November and December...but two weeks ago he wasnt on a wait list?? Rachelle responded that was the process and I asked so there's no communication before then just the final decision? And she said she was done with the phone call and hung up. I have heard horror stories about this gym anyways but still took a chance. Now we're on our way to a better gym. Thanks for wasting our time Inspire! You get clients by word of mouth and I will definitely not be giving your business a good...

I left this facility feeling embarrassed and sad for my 6-year-old daughter. A junior rec coach confronted me in front of her and other parents, telling me she doesn’t listen and could get yellow tickets that may lead to dismissal of the facility.

I understand discipline, but addressing this publicly was hurtful and unnecessary. My daughter is here to learn and grow, not to feel pressured like she’s in a competition. As a parent, I was shocked, my face turned red from the embarrassment, and I didn’t know how to respond.

Because of this experience, we won’t be returning. I truly hope no other parent or child has to go...
