I went in the week of Christmas to buy a few charms for a Christmas gift. The woman who helped me was kind and helped me locate the right kind of bracelet charms I needed. The problem I had with my experience was that the charms I was looking at were located by the very end of the counter where the register was and it also happened to be where the sales persons entrance to the back. There is a heavy swinging door there that at first I didn’t notice. As I was browsing the charm selection another sales person walked through the entrance quickly. The door swung back and hit me. At first I didn’t realize what had smacked my side but quickly figured it out. I tried to move away enough from the door but the charms were right on the edge. That same sales woman kept walking back behind the counter and each time the door hit me. She never apologized or even looked back at me. The sales woman who was helping me saw it happen and she never asked if I was okay or asked the other sales person to be more careful walking through the door. The last time the sales woman went through the door she had a customer she was helping follow her. The customer carefully guided the door back so it wouldn’t hit me. I was very grateful and verified to me that I was quite visible to those passing through the door. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have been here a couple times shopping for Hamilton watches and Longienes watches. They will not deal on the price and will charge full retail for old stock. The owner stated that these are expensive watches and should be sold as such. I have also gone in and spoken to their professional watch repair people, and have always been met with extremely short answers and lies about being able to customize a Seiko Turtle dive watch. It is a highly customizable watch and they state that they cannot replace the Crystal or Bezel. Not A local watch store, they will treat you with many “no’s”, short answers, and not a local business feel at all. Go anywhere else.

Custom work inherently means that it is not with Seiko. It is by nature custom. So the very simple question was, can you guys customize a highly customizable Seiko dive watch by replacing an acrylic crystal with a double domed sapphire crystal? The answer I received was it is impossible. That is an absolute falsehood! There are literal webpages dedicated to the customized options of a Seiko Turtle.

It can very easily be replaced and then pressure tested. Your answer intentionally dodges what was a very simple question and answer and if you cannot do custom work then the answer is just simply: no we don’t do...
