When I first started with Pam I was happy with her and the services. However, once I became a repeat client things changed. Pam is very knowledgeable, believe me she will tell you, over and over and over. She’s a talker and I believe she forgets what she tells you. I received a treatment from Pam in the beginning of July, we were both happy with it when I left. Prior to the service she assured me that all I will need is 2 maybe 3 syringes at most and we would save what She didnt use. She used all three. 3 weeks later you couldn’t even tell I had anything done. I went in with my concerns in the beginning of August and she didn’t even know what or how much she used. And just said that I needed more and then proceeded to do an extremely large amount of another service without telling me how much this was going to be. I noticed she had over charged me $700 for that original service and she only wanted to give me an “in house credit”. After filing a claim she finally did credit me the $700. I feel if she knows you have care credit she just tries to get the most she can. I went to two plastic surgeons and both, in their professional opinion couldn’t believe what she did with the results I had. And couldn’t believe she doesn’t take before and after photos. All I want is to be refunded so I can go somewhere else to get the service done. She did finally credit me the $700 I was overcharged but will not credit me for the original service. She offered to do more but I do not want to return. I have sent her approximately 10 friends of mine which only 1 I believe has stayed with her. Pam Cheney Aesthetics is conveniently located and easily accessible from many surrounding cities. I live and work in different cities, and it’s equally easy to get there from either place. That said, I would gladly travel several hours if needed.

The office is welcoming, clean, and friendly, offering a wide variety of high-quality services and products. Best of all, their customer service is exceptional—they truly show compassion, which is rare these days. Annabelle, Ashley, Gina, Jennifer, and Pam are all experts at what they do, and they always make me feel great about myself!

Since discovering Pam’s practice, I’ve been getting compliments on my skin all the time, even from complete strangers! In the past, I never felt comfortable going anywhere without makeup, but now I wear much less, even to work. I often run errands for entire days wearing only sunscreen on my face.

I used to travel to a different medical spa (in Mishawaka), but I stopped going there after spending way too much money on rosacea and laser vein treatments without getting lasting results (wrong laser, wrong settings, and too many visits as they tried to get it right). Plus, they made me feel like a nuisance whenever I was there, and the drive was twice as far for me.

I’m only sharing this comparison because I want others to know that they can get great results if they find the right place. For me, that place is Pam Cheney’s.
