All Miami Party Rental — Local services in Goulds

So I called All Miami Party Rental but no one answered. Later I received a text from Savier. I told him I needed a standard bounce house for Saturday June 7 for 1:30 at Larry and Penny Thompson Park( my son’s party started at 2:00). He said ok and gave me a quote of $235.40. The price was expensive, but I went with them because of the good reviews. I paid a deposit and he sent me a receipt and balance due. I received a text stating they would be at the park 10:30 to set up. I text back can you come at 1:30 the party starts at 2:00. No reply. Saturday I get a text at 10:30 we’re at the park. Mean while I’m picking my son’s birthday cake . They set up. After the party started at 2:00 three hours later as party is still going on they come back to pick up the bounce house. We only got to use it from 2-5! My son was so DEVASTATED. All of the kids were totally sad. My guess were like “ Are they picking up the bounce house so early!” Everyone was confused. Mind you they are a vendor with the park and know it closes at 7:00pm. They were the only party rental picking up at 5pm and there were so many parties that day. They said they had some where else to go and continued to pack it up no matter how much I pleaded for more time. I was forced to end it earlier than plan because the kids were really disappointed by this. They ruined my son’s party. They knew what time the party started but they ignored the timeline of the actual party and created one around their own schedule. They aren’t there to serve the customers they’re only out to get money$$$$$ Strictly Business. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I usually go with Dana’s Party Rental. Much cheaper and nicer. More communication and waaaay longer bouncing and kids...

WORST PARTY RENTALCOMPANY EVER! Do Not Hire! This company is terrible. They owner, Savier, texted my wife pictures of a table with a backdrop, linen, cake stand, candy, cake pops. When the decorator finished setting up, the only thing we had was an EMPTY table with a backdrop and balloons. Savier, be sure not to text clients pictures of a fully decorated table. It is deceiving. The backdrop fell like ten times before the part even started because they brought two pieces of small concrete slabs (one of which was BROKEN) to try to hold up the backdrop. That didn't work. I had to put concrete tiles and tie up the backdrop myself. They also promised to have my daughters name in a banner. They did not bring a banner. They didn't even have tape for the balloons. They had to use my tape. Terrible. So sad. The bounce house people arrived and said they would not be able to put the bounce house slide into the pool like we had AGREED because they are afraid the Velcro would come loose and the bounce house would lose all of its air. The popcorn machine did not come with a serving spoon because they said people lose the serving spoon?? What are we supposed to do? Serve people popcorn with our hands? I called and texted Savier and he has not picked up or returned my phone call or text. Funny thing is I am writing this while my daughter's party is going on because this company does not deserve any more clients. The food we hired from them has not arrived yet so I will definitely check back in and update my review once and if the food gets here. Again, do not hire Savier from All Miami...

I WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN! First, the order was delivered extremely late, second the chairs were dirty and the bounce house was wet, third the lack of communication and attitude was disrespectful! I was told my order would be delivered either the day before or by 11 am the day of my party. The order arrived at 1:15 pm!! I already had guests arriving at the party when they arrived for delivery of tables, chairs, and a bounce house. To add insult to injury, Savier, whom I had been dealing with from the beginning, had texted me late the week before the event to let me know that the office would be closed during the weekend and he had assigned a "delivery coordinator" to me. How do you close on the weekend when you run an event rental company?! When I tried reaching out to Alex the "delivery coordinator" he sounded extremely stressed, giving me attitude as if me calling for updates was an inconvenience for him, and couldn't give me an accurate time. First it was by 11 am, then 12, then he just stopped answering my calls all together. We had to use a different phone number for him to answer. When he finally arrived there were several chairs that were dirty and the bounce house was wet. After we complained about it being wet he did get one of my towels and go inside to dry it up. I texted and called savier to complain and see if the company would offer to remedy the situation but I still haven't heard back from them. DO NOT USE...
