I saw this place on an Instagram foodie review as well as on a TikTok foodie review months ago, so I finally decided to give it a short. Drove about an hour and minutes from Broward to this location. (The dedication was REAL!) I followed the GPS and was easily able to find this place. It is located in an industrial/warehouse type area next to the Miami Executive Airport. There's a Candlewood Suites and Best Western Plus on the corner. (So if you see that you're in the right area). Drove down at 5pm, so it was dark once we got there. I will say I wish there was better lighting on that street (SW 139th Ct.). If you are driving alone and it's your first time, you could pass it. I found it helpful that there were food trucks that were well lit and had people outside of them nearby (literally next to the building), so I knew I was in the right place/area. When I arrived, I parked and went on the website and placed my carry-out/curbside pick-up order. I attached the photos of what my boyfriend and I ordered; but we ordered the Jerk Chicken Box, Griot "Fried Pork" Box, and the Vaca Frita Roll (Just Rollz). The boxes came with tostones, TropiRollz sauce, side of pikliz (griot box) or island slaw (jerk chicken box), and a drink, however, it is extra if you choose to get the glass bottle D & G drinks listed. The food was very fresh, flavorful, and well presented. Price...well in total we spent roughly $71. I mean it is sushi, and we did order a total of 3 rolls, that came with drinks and tostones. We enjoyed the food, but both agreed this would not be a frequent thing, especially due to the drive. I wish they had a food truck or a location in the city. As far as customer service, there were no issues. Since everything is done online, there's very little interaction with the staff, except for when you walk to the door to pick your food up. You will push this doorbell type button, the staff member comes to the door, greets you, gets your name, and comes back to the door with your order. That's really it. There was no further interaction. On the website at check out it does give steps on how to go about getting text alerts with your order status by giving your cell phone number, it also indicates you can text "HERE" to this phone number and they will bring your food out to you, as well as providing your vehicle description. I did that and no one ever came out, which is why I went to the door. We ate right there in our vehicle due to the far drive back and having warm sushi. It was experience to say we tried it, again the food was really good. No issues whatsoever. Love the concept of Caribbean fusion sushi!

We heard about this place from IG and instantly wanted to try it out, especially since our family is from the Caribbean! Let me start by saying, we were not disappointed. We were visiting Broward and made the hr drive and it was worth it. It was so good we ordered more food while we ate the first batch in the parking lot (yes, fatties! lol) Our first order was: Curry Shrimp Wonton $13.99 Caribbean Coconut Shrimp Box $21.99 Jerk Chicken Roll $20.99 Mojo Chicken Roll $16.99 Chicken & Shrimp Fajita Roll $18.99 Guava Bitez Ɨ 2 $9.98 ($4.99 ea.) Churro Bitez $7.99 Side of TropiRollzĀ®ļø Jerk sauce $1.99 Side of Pikliz $2.50 Side of Sweet N Spicy Slaw $1.99 When I say we tore this up in the parking lot, the only thing left were the containers and utensils haha! We didn't even get to take pics of it, it was soooo delicious. The sushi had the right amount of meat ratio and they were filling... I normally don't get full off sushi but the taste and the amount was right. The sauces and picklez were a great addition too! Our second order was: Queso bitez $12.49 TropiRollzĀ®ļø Curry sauce ($0.50) TropiRollzĀ®ļø Off the Grill Platter $69.99 šŸ‡ÆšŸ‡²Jerk Chicken šŸ‡ÆšŸ‡² Mojo Chicken Grilled Shrimp Chicken & Shrimp Fajita Guava Bitez Ɨ 2$9.98 ($4.99 ea.) They have a platter option which is dope esp when you have 3 kids who just want to try everything lol..... plus it saves you a few pennies. Our favorite sushi was the jerk and mojo chkn and the guava bites are a MUST get! Overall, everything was bussin' and I've already told some friends and family about it. Customer service was on point too, the staff was generous and even hooked us up with a bonus meal, the TropiThai (like PadThai) and it was even more filling than the sushi. Great mixture of cultures and so tasty! We'll be back soon. Before I forget, the spot is in a warehouse like area.. doesn't seem like the right spot but just trust the GPS. Oh and we were hooked up with some sea moss and a sea moss drink from a real cool, insightful dude named Willy.

So I was sent an Instagram reel from one of my friends and it was about someone giving a shout-out to this place. It caught both our interest and also my girlfriend so we decided to make a trip to Kendall for this place. They do have a limited schedule which is a bit of a bummer, but the savoriness and deliciousness of their food made up for that fact! Keep in mind it's better to have order your food first and then start making your way towards them so you can just have it picked up once it's ready. Anyways I had ordered a Cuban box, my girlfriend ordered El tigre box and my friend got the jerk chicken box. All came with a side of tostadas. We also got an order of guava bitez. Let me just say that we exchanged each other's boxes so we can try a good variety for our first time. It was sooooo delicious, all of it really. My personal favorite for now and it's biased is the Cuban box. Not to mention the tostadas were fresh and warm and scrumptious. Don't get me started with the guava bitez. I wasn't expecting them to be that good, it genuinely caught me off guard. The guy who gave us our food in my car was very friendly and gave us some background on their company and how they work. I'm definitely recommending this place the next time for my other friends. If you're reading this and want to give it a try, take my advice and go try them out. You won't be sorry, just order ahead of time, plan out when you're going since their days of operations are Wed-Sat, and enjoy their food! If you're a local in Kendall then it'll be easier for you guys! šŸ˜‚ This place is so good that the guy who brought us the food actually told us some people came from Orlando to try them out. I can see why, not sure if it was cause of that shout out on Instagram, but it's well deserved. You won't regret it!
