A friend of mine has been going here for 10 months consistently getting laser hair removal on her legs and bikini area. She has been paying $99 each month for the last 10 months for her package. Today she went in for her appointment and asked if there was a package or cheaper option for her after considering also doing her armpits. Only today, after 10 months of being seen was she informed that the package she has been paying for INCLUDES her armpits (small area). Not once before was she informed of the package also including a small area. When she came for her first appointment, she asked the receptionist if there was a package for brazillian and legs and she was informed of the one shes currently paying for. Nobody informed her of the small area thats included and that she has been paying for. When she asked the receptionist if there was any way for her to be compensated for the money she has been paying for a service unreceived they said there was nothing they could do. We asked to speak to a supervisor and she was no help either. As a matter of fact, when i asked for contact information to the owner to write an email explaining her issue, she laughed in my face. Excellent customer service ladies. Laugh in the face of a customer that you have essentially been stealing from. On top of that, my friend was going to pay full price to get her armpits done, essentially paying twice for the same service. She tried to gaslight us into thinking its our fault, saying that because we are “young” we didn't know any better and claiming that they send an email with information regarding pricing and package details. This information was false as I went for my first session today and was not informed of or sent an email regarding what package i would be receiving, how much it would be, or any specifications, i actually had to ask the receptionist so she could clarify. Extremely rude and poor customer service. Shout out to the technicians thought, they are amazing and beyond friendly.
Edit; Response to owner: If during the initial visit, the client is misguided into thinking she’s paying for a large and extra large area, why would she need to look at the package information if thats what the employee is telling her. The problem is lack of communication from the service side to the client, information was never disclosed. How is someone to know something they were never informed of? We understand the services included in each package are optional and there are clients who dont do one area and pay the same price, however we were never informed of the option, never given the option. She was going to go back to do her armpits after finishing her package, paying 2x for a service and an additional $360 when she could have finished her armpits (which takes 8 months, shes in month 10 of her package) and already began another small area. Neither my friend or I were told exactly what we were paying for, we had to ask the receptionist to clarify for us. I asked for a package for Brazilian and legs and she told me the $99 package, same as my friend. I wanted to see if she would even go over the package details without me asking, she didn't, i had to ask her what exactly i was paying for. It’s unprofessional to not disclose what exactly a client is paying for, the receptionist made it seem as if the $99 package was exclusively for a large area and an extra large area, she didn’t disclose that the small area was also included. I purchased a Groupon package to try them out for 3 sessions as a touch up on my upper lip that I’ve had lasered now for a couple of years... I went for my first session and had to wait like 20 min even though I was on time for my appointment. I was a bit shocked after waiting for a while that the tech walked in with hair dye on her head. She apologized for making me wait and explained her co worker was doing her color treatment.... I found it pretty unprofessional, but decided I’d still go back for my next session.
Went for session 2 last week and had to wait 40 minutes... 10-15 minutes they had moved me from the reception area into the laser room, and when the tech finally came in (it was a different tech this time) she apologized and said she had been available for about 15 min, but didn’t know she had a client in the room. At this point, I was super annoyed at the unprofessionalism again... but the worst part was she did not even know if I had been there before, and didn’t look up my last appointment to see what laser settings were used on me! This can be dangerous for your skin and extremely painful if she was to put the setting too high. Or on the flip side, treatments could be less effective if we’re not progressively raising the laser strength, thus wasting clients money.
The ladies are all very nice, and perhaps for other services they do a good job, but I wouldn’t go back for laser - not worth potentially damaging your skin. I’ve had my upper lip, under arms, and bikini area lasered at other med spas over the years, and my experiences have never been...

The first time she did a good job but couldn’t finish cause she took 3 hours and I was about to get fired from work. Got so much attitude cause the receptionist informed me my app would be 1 hour. ok fine, my fault lol. Second time, awful my re fill took 1 1/2 and she said she didn’t finish cause I let her know I only had an hour. I have spaces, my lashes are barely hanging on. It looks like a roller coaster track. She was unprofessional, talked badly about other clients and kept saying oh no while doing my lashes, I think she plucked out a few and said it was my fault lol even though she had already brushed them out and was midway through process.
