I stumbled upon a hidden gem here in Kendall by the Lexus dealer. I often wondered if there ever would be a cool shop around this location. Sure enough I walk inside a small shop which has gotten bigger since being here and met a young man named Mike. His willingness to ensure the customer is taken care is of out of this world. All businesses want your $$$ but here I actually felt like a person and managed to get cool things while being around a great individual. Customer service is a superb trait to have and what I love is this guy does know his stuff with a passion. My favorite thing about New Era are his shopping bags as they are black bags and the same color of my soul.
