Ok so let me just start off by saying that this cake maker exceeded my expectations. Because if Covid unfortunately our parties have gotten smaller but I still wanted my son to have a beautiful Cake for our Taco 🌮 Twosday theme. When I contacted Sam I didn’t have a perfect image of what I wanted be out didn’t quite exist. Sam took the idea and brought it to life by creating a cake that looked so real it had everyone craving tacos then surprised when they got a moist rich delicious lemon 🍋 cake instead. Sam from what I’ve noticed is a divine perfectionist with an eye for detail and finesse in her creations. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for actual art instead of traditional boring bakery cakes. Sam saved the day! Literally. Our initial wedding cake baker ghosted us two weeks before the wedding, she stopped answering calls, texts and emails. Our cake was specialty due to one layer needing to be Gluten Free. Finding a baker/bakery that could do GF was hard in the first place and we are so thankful we found Sam on such short notice. She was super busy due to the holidays, but said that since we only wanted a naked style cake she would squeeze us in. Both layers of the cake(GF later was cookies & cream, regular layer was coconut) were delicious! Everyone raved about how great it was.
