I want to start by saying that this is my second time eating at this restaurant. First time being yesterday, second being today. I enjoyed it so much yesterday, service was great, food was great. Today my father boyfriend and I went again to eat. We got seated by a lady who was distracted by another customers child to the point that she neglected us completely. We have a seat order some coffee, coffee came out and she left without even making sure the table had utensils and sugar. We let it go, she then brings my sandwich out without fries that they come with and never apologized for not bringing them out in the first place. We complained to the lady who had helped us the day before so that we could also have our waters refilled and be properly helped. We thought we were going to be helped properly since she is the owners wife. She then proceeded to help us herself only once after we complained, didnt bother to come back and check up on us. Her attitude was completely different just because we had told her we didnt appreciate her coworkers work ethics. Completely disappointed in the place overall. We had to get up for the bill after sitting there for about 20 min just talking with empty plates. Once at register they didnt bother saying we will be right with you, nothing. Were there standing for about 10 more minutes. So if you have constructive criticism, you should wait til after leaving the restaurant to give it because service will just get worse if you...

Arrived to the restaurant and as I sat myself at a table, I noticed three employees just standing around doing whatever it was they were doing. They couldn’t even acknowledge a customer walking through the door. I waited about 5-7 minutes until they finally acknowledge me and my friend. I was ready to order my meal and I asked for a Coca Cola. Again like 5 minutes later, I was brought my drink and it was just a can. I had to ask for a cup with ice and no offer for a straw. I also had to ask for a cup of water, which should be standard when sitting at a restaurant, you shouldn’t have to ask for water. The food came out and it was ok. I ordered a pan con bistec with fries. Let me not forget to mention when I arrived it was empty, with just one person talking to the female employees and he didn’t order anything. Very disappointed in this place and I will not be coming back, and the waiter was not very friendly. It’s your typical SF FL Latin restaurant with angry servers and lack of proper training when dealing...

I walked into this place excited because it is the only Latin cafe in the area but was extremely disappointed with the service. The girl at the counter was very rude. I was ignored while I was standing waiting at their counter but she also took the order of the gentleman that walked in a few minutes after me. Despite this I still decided to give this place a chance by waiting to place my order. However when they finally took my order (2-plain steak sandwiches) I was told it would be over a 45 minute wait. The place was only seating a couple of people and the excuse given to me was because I had to wait for the gentleman that walked in after me before my food would be done?! I understand the food would be made in the order that it was taken — buuut what kind of response is that?! I decided not to place my order and left. I figured if this is the kind of service I’m getting, what can I expect from the food! Never going...

¡Altamente recomendado!

Little hole in the wall with delicious dominican food and some cuban varieties as per their menu. I had the Tres Tiros that consisted of plantain, eggs, salami and cheese, also included a cafe latte. The plantains were mashed with some pickled onions on top. My only complain is that there wasn't as much plantains as i would've liked but that's okay. The service was great too. Everyone was super nice and attentive.

Horrible!! Don't ask for coffee "dark" you'll just get hot milk & the bread from the tostadas is so hard it literally crumbles to pieces when you try to take a bite. Whatever oil they use to fry & cook their food literally leaves a pool of grease! So disappointing as it's the only place around the area. I try giving it second chances but I'd rather take the extra few min to go to Pinecrest Bakery
