After doing business with Ferrell Gas for over 20 years I had the mis-fortune to come to the GP location today, I Came to simply fill a tank, first I had to wait for 10 minutes as district manager was in a meeting and he fills the tanks. Once he arrives he tells me the tank is out of date, I tell him it’s their tank, wants to argue about the tank, I ask why would you deliver a tank that’s out of date to you customer. Says it’s their divers fault, and they should have looked, then tells me I came off strong, and basically it’s my fault, that he, the district manager failed at his job, that the guy that fills the tanks, failed at his job and lastly the drivers that failed at their job and delivered me an out of date tank. Read moreI called today, Thursday, 10/26/2023 at 4:57 pm to make a payment. Went through the IVR and said wait time was 3-5 minutes. Waited about 1 minute when someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Of course I call back and got the after hours message. This is absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I understand people may want to get off at a certain time, but having worked in a call center before, you NEVER do that to a customer. This would've taken all of five minutes to collect my payment, but no, your reps are more concerned with leaving at a certain time than actually taking care of the customer....

Their service was outstanding- the organization was headed up by Estelle and she was awesome, as were all who represented the company. They downsized over 10 years ago and handed their delivery accounts over to Sharp, which continued to provide great service.
