You know I'm reading the comments and they're not true the sewer system is totally New Yes there are cat's definitely not feral there able to climb trees and will visit you then return to their home in the park with their owners it quiet and friendly made me feel like family my husband was sick with covid it was a stressful time for me and my husband this place made a difference and gave me peace and looked after me knowing my issues these influencers need to be shut down I'm proud of my new friends and life we enjoy peace and security that's all that matters i will be here for the foreseeable future because everywhere else we checked were dangerous and unkept our grass is mowed every week so take it from me if you need peace then this is the perfect place especially for the kids we don't have a pool but that's a worrie we don't have with our kids that live here because we're all a family and we pay attention to our kids and neighbors sorry it's so long but i need these negative comments just because it wasn't right for you stop...

Terrible, dirty, un kept RV park. Was the only place in 2016 with a spot so had no choice until a better park finally opened. Manager didn’t care about problems, she would say she was tired of telling management because they won’t do anything. The first spot we had, the neighbor was dumping his black water tank right in our front yard because his sewer hose had rotted. We told management, several days later nothing was done so we called the city. The city made the owner fix his hose but the park didn’t appreciate us calling the city. We moved to another spot to have the sewer coming up from the ground and when dumping, the sewer would come up in neighbors sewer drop because the holding tanks were too full. Had trouble with Ex-cons in park and again management did nothing. A spot finally opened up in Roanoke, so we were...

I stayed at this park until they started billing me for other people's electricity then they decided to change power to my brand new camper without contacting me and fried my system so everything that I had I'm my fridge and freezer was ripe by the time I came back to town. Then there's the deposit that they say will be mailed to you within a week at the most I still haven't received and it has been a month.I would not stay here again and have alerted everyone that I know I wish I could rate this...
