Covenant Fine Arts Center — Local services in Grand Rapids

I've been here a few times for conferences. Once you understand the layout, it's pretty easy to navigate but at first it can be a bit of a maze. Conferences that post signboards outside the rooms definitely helps with navigating.

Building was clean and does have a couple of nice seating areas with natural lighting and big windows. Those areas definitely help the building feel like it's not a neverending hallway.

Only real complaints were that many seats or doorways feel very small or narrow.. The seating tends to be two or three different types, depending on what room you are in, so I can definitely see students liking some rooms over others.

There were a lot of bathrooms, so you didn't need to go to another floor or the otherside of the building, just turn around the next corner. I was kind of surprised that none of them had pad/tampon vending machines in them. They have some in the bookshop/campus store, but that's in...

Service was horrible! One waitress was exceptional, however ours was not! Waited for drinks for a long time, then dinner and soups and salad all came at same time. We got the garlic spread and no bread until we asked. Carryout was very busy, we know why better service. Food was good, it is a shame the management does not care...
