The Dinner Detective... It was an awful experience. It was not what was expected. I thought it would be a stage performance, with the audience seated at separate tables. The three of us did not receive our dinners until the waitstaff were clearing away the other guests plates. The dinner we finally received was inedible. MOST IMPORTANTLY...we did NOT FEEL SAFE from covid given the whole process with the performance. (Having us walk around talking to each other up close, performers shouting close to the audience!!). And the fact that we were the only ones wearing masks. (In 5 days, we are getting tested.)

After our cold awful dinners arrived, I sought out the woman in charge and explained the situation. She said she totally understood and would give us a refund for 3 people. They refunded us only half. I would never recommend...

The show was simply amazing. Every body ( triple D, Bruce wayne, Dylan and the wait staff just to name a few) definitely left an impression. I was chosen to be apart of the show. I loved every minute of it. My code name was Juicy Jay. They accommodated my dairy allergy and everything. The cast was awesome and very reassuring. I had a few people ask me if I was with the company. I guess I put on a great show. Being apart of the show was a great time.

The only thing I would change is the fact that the hotel ( hilton garden inn Grand Rapids East) doesn't have a package featuring a ticket and a room. I would have loved to stay there after the show. I would...

Not good. This murder mystery dinner was very lame. It was sooo hard to follow, even after taking notes I couldn't follow what was going on. The clues were lame, the actors were annoying, the atmosphere was non existent. I was expecting them to create a mysterious atmosphere... I knew it was not themed... but it was just so... so... LAME! that's the only word I have to describe the entire experience. Would NOT...
