Had a great experience at the JARS dispensary on 40th Street! First off, plenty of parking, which is always a win when you're in a hurry or just don’t want to stress about where to leave your car. Inside, the vibe was clean and organized, and the prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality they offer.

Big shoutout to Justin, who was super helpful and patient. He answered all my questions, gave honest suggestions, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. It’s clear he knows his stuff and cares about the customer’s experience.

One thing that really stood out was how professional the staff was, especially during a tense moment in the waiting room. A woman came in and started getting aggressive with the front desk—trying to bring in a literal box cutter. Major props to the team for staying calm and handling the situation with total professionalism and respect, even when she absolutely didn’t deserve it.

Overall, JARS 40th Street runs a tight ship with great service, solid pricing, and a team that knows how to handle anything....

We were in town from Alaska and after having a horrible experience at House of Dank we came to JARS and was greeted by a great budtender named Caleb who answered every question we had and was willing to show us the products we asked about rather than saying “all that info is available online”. We were really made to feel welcome here. When Caleb couldn’t answer our question he got us someone who could and in came Spencer. Spencer had great and extensive knowledge about all the rosin on hand. He gave us great recommendations based off his first hand experiences with brand quality and consistency that aligned perfectly with what we were looking for and everything he recommended completely checked out. And though we took a bit of time to shop and had a lot of questions we were never once made to feel like we were taking up too much time by being told “you could also just shop online”. Great job! 10/10...

Came in originally just needing a Stiiizy battery… and walked out with a bag full of amazing stuff I didn’t even know I needed. Matthew R is that good at his job. 😂 Only problem? He forgot to sell me the battery I came in for!

So after dropping groceries at the Airbnb, we had to swing back in and jokingly yell, “YOU HAD ONE JOB, MATT!” To top it off, when he put his readers on to check the labels, I couldn’t resist giving him a hard time about “showing his age.” He took it like a champ, we laughed, and finally I left with the battery… oh, and of course I bought some extra goodies too.

Honestly, best customer service — fun, helpful, and memorable. 10/10 would come back just to roast him again. 🙌
